Great resort in a quiet riverside location”
We really enjoyed our stay at this relatively new hotel resort complex. It's situated in a quiet location that's still convenient to everything Chiang Rai has to offer. The riverside setting is very peaceful and every room has a balcony with a river view. The rooms are very spacious with large bathrooms . You can enjoy a sunset view from your private balcony or take an evening stroll on the riverfront walking/jogging path located behind the property. We enjoyed the included buffet breakfast and also had a wonderful (well-priced) dinner at their restaurant on one night of our stay. We didn't use the pool or gym during this stay, but both are very nice facilities. The fitness center overlooks the pool area and onward to the river view. The staff are very friendly and many of them speak English fluently. We enjoyed this stay and location so much that we will make it our base for any future visits to Chiang Rai. If you're looking forward to a hotel experience that allows you time to wind down after a busy day of sightseeing be sure to put Chainara Riverside at the top of your list!

Great location, fantastic facilities.”
I stayed here for one night after touring Chiang Rai province. It was March 2022, so tourism was still well down and the hotel was quite quiet. The facilities are great, although I didn't have time to use the pools. The room was very clean and a good standard, with a nice spacious balcony to sit on. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was included and wasn't bad, but I wouldn't have paid extra for it.

Beautiful Grounds”
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but only a short drive away. Plenty of parking. With-in walking/running distance of a beautiful running track and open fields. Great view of the river. Rooms and pool are squeaky clean. Breakfast is good but not mind blowing. Definitely better than most places of similar price. Highly recommend overall!

New and clean hotel with great facilities and staff. Hotel is situated next public park so guests can enjoy the park. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed when comparing to the price I paid. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to travel to Chiangrai.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious and the view was spectacular! The hotel is located in a secluded area which is only few minutes drive from the center so you truly get best of both worlds.

Everything i need apart from food.”
Stunning location, super clean room with quiet air con and great bathroom. Terrace with open natural view. Breakfast is included but couldn't eat it. Only local options + cold fried eggs and boiled ham. Coffee for sale seperatly was fantastic, freshly ground and delicious. If you care about breakfast, not recommended. If you are happy to eat somewhere else then this hotel is perfect value for the price.

Clean nice big hotel”
The hotel was very big, and had plenty of parking lots. The room was also very big and clean. Free good connection wifi available. However, there is a small gap between the front door and the floor so the giant spider came into my room to live with me for a night. The breakfast also started early. No convenience store nearby. Good for people who love to exercise.

Very good resort ”
We here for 1week. Nice rooms, staff and good buffet breakfast The hotel is in a gouvement park with fitness faciliteit and a walk/jogging parcour. Very quiet and view on the Kok rivier . Its to far walking to centrum, you need a car .

Hidden Gem”
Excellent! Relatively new resort located on the Kok River. Clean, simple, design with a pool overlooking the river. Clearly short on staff, but they manage to operate efficiently. Breakfast is very basic, but value for money based on the great rates and understandable. We had dinner twice. Similar dishes, different chefs with some alight variation, but taste was equally good. Although the property seems to lack management attention, the staff seem to perform well in multiple roles. It seems like one of the security staff was also our waiter. All that said, we would definitely return.
