Great hotel in Phi Phi”
We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was friendly and knew English. The WiFi from our room was great. The room was very clean, and decently sized. Our favorite amenity was the AC after a long day of sweating from the humidity. Really liked how close it was to the pier and main center of shops after you arrive. They have a luggage person waiting at the pier with the hotel’s sign, who can carry your things to the hotel, but you don’t have to go with him if you want to save a few extra baht. Just walk straight to the hotel from the pier since it’s so close anyways. The hotel is perfectly located in the island, and it has great staff, AC, and WiFi for a comfortable stay.

Great location, clean with a nice pool”
We stayed in the villa with Pool View and Jacuzzi which was very nice. Big spacious room with an upper level balcony with a jacuzzi. The room was sparkling clean and bed was comforable but we did not sleep that well (pillows were terrible). The pool is nice we enjoyed it a lot actually. Seems to me that it is way too small in case the hotel is full. Phi Phi island is beautiful and there's no wonder why it became so famous. On the other hand - it is not a relaxed island. Mass tourism has ruined it. The area of the hotel is excellent - just note that the island attracts mainly young crowd who (23-35).

Absolutely fabulous ”
I could not fault this hotel even if I tried. Everything from the location, the service, the ambiance and the rooms were just sensational. The staff could not do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable bright airy and spacious. The location was within close proximity to absolutely everything. The staff members were always on hand to assist with anything , they were so friendly and polite. The facilities were amazing, restaurant, pool , gym were all at our finger tips. I could not recommend this hotel enough. It is fantastic and really made our time in Koh Phi Phi.

Great new resort in the heart of Koh Phi Phi, large rooms, clean, great pool”
We arrived as a family of 5 - 3 children at the ages of 11,9,7. The resort is in great location, just a few steps from the pier, stuff members wait outside the pier to help you with your luggage, the rooms are big and very clean, the pool is great with spots for kids and adults, the stuff is very polite and the breakfast is pretty good. I really can’t find any cons... only pros.. excellent value for money. Highly recommended

Lovely relaxing break”
We stayed at Chao Koh for 2 nights initially and then extended for a further two as we much preferred Phi Phi Don to Phuket - much more relaxing pace on this island and this hotel in particular was central to everything, had a luxury feel and was partnered with a restaurant 30 seconds walk away (with a 10% discount voucher available from reception for food). The pool area is really wonderful and the staff look after you very well. We had a couple of issues with our room when we arrived which were dealt with immediately. We stayed in a Double Deluxe Room which was very spacious and modern feeling - this is the nicest looking hotel on the island I think! Seconds away from the beach, transport links, food - definitely would recommend! One thing worth mentioning is that there is a deposit to pay for the room key and they are very strict with checkin and checkout times.

Lovely quiet hotel”
We stayed here for a couple of nights. Its short walk from pier where ferry arrived. The hotel is very quiet and we could not hear any noise from the party side of the island at night. The room was clean and a good size. The hotel pool is a lovely bonus although the downside was that there were very few sunloungers. The breakfast is ample with a lovely view to enjoy from the raised terrace overlooking the bay. We had a monkey join us one morning! Would recommend.

Exceptional”
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at ChaoKoh Phi Phi resort. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was big and comfy. The location was convenient you can easily walk to places. It's about 5 minutes walk from all the bars and parties so you don't hear all the music and noise from the bars and parties. I enjoyed hanging out at their pool. Would stay here again if I visit Koh Phi Phi in the future.

This hotel was awesome, way beyond my expectations. Customer service great, right near the dock and the center. 5 min walk to bars. restaurants super close by. I truly loved it, stayed 4 nights and wish I would have stayed longer here than in Phuket. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Room/bed/bathroom was big enough. They decorated my bed free of charge for my honeymoon which was a nice little touch, had a room with pool view, wifi was great, morning breakfast solid with an amazing view. If I come back I would not hesitate to book this place again! Recommending it to all my friends.

We found this hotel to be very relaxed, comfortable and a really great find. Nice location, not too noisy (admittedly travelling in rainy season but island still nicely buzzing). Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Some reviews have said that the beds are hard, to be honest having travelled around for 3 weeks, we found these to be the softest - I think hard beds are a general thing in Thailand.

We stayed a few days and I wish we did more. 5min walk from pier,, right in the middle of everything. Short walk to bars, restaurants, beach. Hotel was new, clean, with great pool. I would only recommend to raise the bar at pool bar or lower the prices so people would actually buy some drinks! :) otherwise, excellent and would stay again!

Great Hotel”
Hotel is on the right side of Phi Phi, was very clean and pool is beautiful. The only thing is they only give you one key while leaving a deposit of $500 bahts, if you need another one then you need to leave another deposit. The room electricity doesn't work without it so I recommend just grabbing it if you want a cold room when you get back.

The location is perfect! It's one minute from the center but you don't hear anything! The room is very big and super clean, the pool is very fun. Only problem is that the ac works morally as a fan and the water in the shower can be or cold it super hot, nothing in the middle

Location, location, LOCATION”
This location is close to the pier, luxurious (I had a Seaview room), super clean, excellent views and super nice staff, beautiful grounds. The restraint was really good with prompt service. Definitely a must stay!
