the hosts where perfectly nice and welcoming. helped to show the city and took there time.
no daylight in the room, a LOT of mould on the bathroom walls, it was also smelling mouldy. two noisy airdryers in the room. my request for a reduction of the prize got rejected.

Location was perfect! We were able to walk to all of the historic sites, and the shopping streets. Wish there was a kitchen in the unit, but other than that, we had everything we needed for the 4 days of our stay!

The host was friendly and accommodated us for our arrival time. The room was clean and in a central location.
Very noisy at night. Although the location is central, it’s on a fairly busy street with mopeds speeding up and down late into the night and early morning.

I liked the place, the position is optimal, the room was clean”

The structure is not equipped for a in situ breakfast but they give you a voucher for taking it at the bar, which is right next to the hotel. Since our arrival time was not in line with the hotel check-in hours (the hotel does not have a reception) the landlady has been super nice by instructing the cleaning guy to wait for us until our arrival so that we could drop our luggages. My grandma and I had a good stay-in experience. If I will come back in Naples I will book there again.
There is no lift so that if you have heavy luggages or other kind of problems it is awkward. Fortunately the cleaning guy has been very nice by helping my grandma with her luggage. The shower does not have the shower phone.

Perfect location for first time tourist”

The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, pizzeria and bars. The cafe next door is very good for breakfast and also for a drink and snack while waiting for check in time. The bed is very big.
The walls are very thin, we hear everything from the next room. It is alright for a short stay and be out all the time and return/sleep late. But it would not be comfortable if one wishes to be sleeping peacefully.

Real good value for money on Via Chiaia”

One cannot ask for a better location on Via Chiaia. The room was quite small but very clean with an ensuite shower and a balcony. Very comfortable indeed and air-conditioned too.
