일단, 너무너무너무 깨끗합니다~ 직원들 친절한거야 당연하구요! 호텔룸도 좋지만 더 좋은건 호텔 시설..수영장보고 깜짝 놀랬어요~ 원래 사진은 다 좋아보이니까 당연히 이용할 생각없었는데 체크아웃 하는 날 우연히 수영장을 본겁니다ㅠㅠ싱가폴에 마리* 처럼 뷰도 좋구요,썬베드도 좋고,뭣보다 물이 상당히 깨끗하게 관리되어있었어요. 애들 풀장 따로(0.6m),어른 따로(1.38m)~ 구명조끼도 빌려주고 수영장 옆에 통 유리로 되어있는 헬스장 및 요가도 할 수 있어요~ 미리 살펴봤다면 맥주마시면서 플라밍고 튜브타고 놀고 운동도 하고 호텔 레스토랑이 맛있어서 하루를 호텔에서 보내도 좋았을 것을요ㅠㅠ엄청 아쉬웠어요ㅠㅠ..스쿠버 다이빙 따러 세부를 방문하거라 다음 다이빙 자격 따러올때 꼭 재방문 할껍니다!!^^^ 아, 그리고 여기는 특이하게 9층이 로비입니다ㅋㅋ 체크인,아웃하는 곳이 9층이라도 당황하지말아요~^^^ㅋㅋ수영장도 9층에 있어요! ㅋㅋ조식 먹는 곳이 1층입니다^^^ First of all, it's very, very clean~ The staff is kind, of course! The hotel room is good, but the hotel facilities are better.I was surprised when I saw the pool.I didn't mean to use the pictures because they looked good, but I happened to see the swimming pool the day I checked out.Like Marie in Singapore, the view was good, the sunbed was good, and the water was pretty clean. Children's pool (0.6m), children's pool (1.38m)~ You can rent a life jacket and do yoga and a glass gym next to the swimming pool. If you looked ahead, you could have had a beer, played on a flamingo tube, exercised, and had a good hotel restaurant, so you could have spent a day in a hotel.It was really sad.Visit Cebu for scuba diving. I will visit you again when I get my next diving license!^^^ Oh, and this is the lobby on the 9th floor.lol Check-in, don't panic even if you're on the ninth floor.There is also a swimming pool on the 9th floor! Kkkkk, breakfast place is on 1F.^^^

Friendly hotel staff, convenient location and amenities”
The best thing that I loved was the staff. All of them are super friendly and helpful. I've been to other Citadines hotels (Pasay), and they're always friendly. I'm new to cebu and I need information and they are always helpful. They gave me information on how to get around with the public transportation, and helped us find the events that are happening around cebu. They even called up some people to verify if they indeed have events. I would give them 5 stars just for the staff alone! The location is super nice. There is a quite big supermarket downstairs you can buy everything you need. There are also ATM machines at the lobby. In a short walking distance, you lots of restaurants from fine dining to affordable. Walk a bit further and you reach Fuente Circle which is a landmark and makes it easy to commute. Mango Square is near by with even more restaurants and evening entertainment. Breakfast was also great! They have a wide variety of phillipine food, breads and fruits.

We were staying in the hotel for 2 nights everything was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful, everyone can speak English. The room was very clean and exactly the same as in the pictures. There is everything that you might need. Pool was clean and there’s a nice view. The pool is open from 6am to 10pm. The location was good as well, 5 minutes walk to the Main Street with bars, restaurant and clubs. Downstairs there is a supermarket, a few cafes and a hotel restaurant where there was served a delicious breakfast. Definitely will come back one day.

Wow. Just wow. Simply put - without a doubt one of the best places to stay in the City. Already stayed twice in this condotel and I can say that everything is close to perfect. ROOM: The moment you step in, you'll be amazed at how clean the aesthetic of the room is. It is simple, functional, and cozy . The fully equipped kitchen is amazing, bonused with a full size refrigerator. Can't ask for anything more. One area of improvement could be better cleaning of the windows to see the amazing view of the mountains better. STAFF: I've booked a lot of hotels and none, let me say that louder, NONE had treated me better than the people at Citadines- from ground security, to lobby, to restaurant, EVERYONE IS SMILING AND FRIENDLY. As a young Filipino traveler I am not accustomed to this type of treatment as I usually find staff only really helpful towards foreigners or rich looking Pinoys, half joke. The Citadines staff has won my heart over and renewed my love for hotels and staycations LOCATION: Perfect jumping point for just about anywhere. Ayala mall is a 60-peso taxi away and 100php for sm city. The hotel itself has an amazing restaurant- Abaca Baking Company. In the complex you have a Robinsons supermarket for groceries, tons of food options like milktea (BTS), snacks (Ministop, Potato Corner, Bo's Coffee), and even a korean bbq place. If you hadn't caught on yet, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. And I can't recommend it enough. Stay awesome Citadines. Hope to stay with you again soon.

Whoever thought of Citadines' concept knew what (s)he was doing: to create a hospitality experience at 3-star hotel prices that would be impossible to beat. It starts at entering the anonymous building: the doorman greets you as if you've lived there all your life. Step into the talking elevator and exit at your floor. Cross the corridore and sense the interior breathing tranquility and elegance. Enter your room and step into your apartment with separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Once settled, I realized how clever the available space was utilized to create the illusion of a private residence. The design of the interior is perfectly matched and emphasizes the immediate sensation of feeling at home. But no home is any good without facilities within reach. So, take the elevator down to ground floor, and there you find the ATM plus a few restaurants. Just down the building in the basement is your Robinson supermarket. Life doesn't get any better then this.

Me and my husband, loves staying at citadines, because it has all things we needed. Utensils are complete and also the cooking set, my husband was able to cook foods that we like to eat. The bed and the pillows are very soft, its like were just in the comfort of our own home kinda vibe. Plus, the robinsons supermarket is also available on the building so it was very accesible for us. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had Citadines Hotel as my main stay in Cebu, just a back story : I landed from Dubai and stayed in Citadines then after I had to leave for other trips with in Visayas, I have already booked my next stay with them and coz of this they let me store my big luggage - it gave me freedom to do my short trips as a back packer, which was really convenient and I know my things will be kept safe and secured, it made me travel at ease , that was really a definite plus point! then I got back in Cebu and stayed with Citadines again - they became my home in Cebu until I left bound for Dubai again.. it made my short vacation very convenient and easy going.. I thought booking an apartment-hotel instead of a typical hotel was already better value for money with all the additional room appointments... until our arrival. All staff were courteous & attentive and made a lasting impression. The room interior was stylish and of high quality construction; fixtures & furnishings were certainly above-average if not premium. Infinity pool had a dramatic view of the city (though a bit marred by an ugly building across the street). The only minor setback was the buffet breakfast at Abaca. I had high expectations and as per usual the viennoiserie was excellent, as were the fruits & salads but the rest of the morning fare I found wanting. Nevertheless, this is truly one of the best places to stay in the city.

Pleasantly suprised with how spacious the room was. Very IG-esque infinity pool, friendly and courteous staff and excellent location are of its standout pros. I wish for a more variety of menu on their breakfast. Food was great nonetheless. Will definitely book again.

The location is not that crowded and in the city center. Around this hotel, there's Robinsons Supermarket, restaurants and convenience stores. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, with great customer service. The room is a studio unit that has a huge space to move around. The room is really nice as well as the facilities inside. Lastly, the breakfast is from Abaca which is delicious and enough.

We are a family of six with a toddler. We loved everything : the room was clean and spacious, buffet was awsome, pool is clean, facilities are great. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Taxi to Ayala market will cost about 100 to 120php. Our plan was to check another hotel before we depart Cebu city but none of us liked the other hotel and immediately cancelled and returned back to the Citadines. Staffs are very polite. Jane and pool staffs were nicest of all. Food in the Abaca restaurant at the ground floor is so delicious

The room was big, had a mini kitchen where you can cook, all the utensils, pots and pans were provided. They had a dining table. Best of all great view. We were on the 18th floor. Mini stop and other resto are just below the hotel. Highly recommended.
