A great hotel that is centrally located. Well provided for and the foyer is a great meeting place. The fresh flowers are a delight. Staff are very helpful particularly when we advised the AC was leaking, they immediately changed our rooms. What great service, no hassle. Would definitely stay again.
We had booked a superior room, and I was really unhappy with our room. My husband described it as "Butlins" holiday camp style. It was bare, basic, and the furnishings were very old fashioned. The room was a normal size, plus a small bathroom with ghastly old shower curtain and PINK toilet paper (a pet hate!), the world's smallest bath, and then a separate single ro...
Were told the A/C controls were at the reception. Asked 2x for relief. The room was 25’ all night. Too hot for us!
the hotel is very nice and the staff helped us check in and rearrange the rooms. The breakfast was so so didn't have much choices and didn't have hot food. but at night is very quiet and is good for us to sleep especially after one day long drive.

the staff at this hotel were amongst the best in our whole tour of italy. they were very helpful and really nice if you made the effort with them. they helped us plan additional elements of our trip ie restaurants and off-the-track sites. the rooms were clean and comfortable. wish we had of stayed longer to experience the spa's of the region.

The hotel was spacious and rooms still at OK level but probably not at the level I would have expected for a 4-star hotel. We had a 3 night stay at the Bartolini. The room was spacious with a modern spacious bathroom and clean. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a superb value for money establishment run by very nice pleasant helpful staff!
Albergo Natucci is a superb place in the town of Montecatini. The staff is awesome. The family is so nice and the food is great! Location is too. The room was superclean so all and all a perfect place to stay!
