I, or we, visit Ubon regularly. Have stayed in 20+ Ubon hotels over 8 years; over 5 times now at Come Pang ('Cam Paeng'). 'Standard' upper floor rooms are typically 650. Same rooms, but called Deluxe, on ground floor with parking at door are 750ish. It's new/very clean. European quality and European comfort beds - probably best in Ubon. A six ft double in a modern and clean large room with decent fittings (tending toward the boutique style, rather than the oft-found functional). A comfortably sized and tiled bathroom with large counter/large mirror/separate shower area. Pleasant large balcony on 1st/2nd floor with table and 2 chairs. Similar seating area outside the ground floor rooms. TV has best choice of English language programmes in its class. Semi-buffet breakfast has nice touches - like the fresh fruit & the pan-fried egg hot dish choice. English-speaking skills not always evident at reception. No lift for the 2 upper floors. Slightly out-of-centre. Everything else excels!

We have stayed in many hotels in Thailand and this is the best! Quite new with great room design and very spacious. Bathroom with a shower area to contain the water so no wet floors. Incredibly comfortable bed - pretty unique to Asia. Staff were outstanding as was the breakfast. They were willing to accommodate and make a vegetarian option for us. When coming to Ubon we will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable with delightful staff”
It is a little out of the way, but Ubon seems to be like that. There is a new steak bar nearby called Merci. I did not try it, but it is handy. Staff will call taxis for you. In Ubon the taxis are cheap & honest. Room was comfortable and I could smoke on the wide balcony. Breakfast is Thai; I had 2 of the 3 choices, and they were fine. Bread and a toaster are there along with fresh fruit and tea bags or instant coffee.

Friendly and basic”
Come-Pang is a no-nonsense hotel that seems to attract mostly locals. It's simple but efficient and comfortable. The location is nothing special, it's useful to have a bike or car. Breakfast is nice and the staff are friendly, but their English is not great. Check-in and out was efficient, Internet was acceptable. After a long day of site-seeing we came back hoping to find a clean and fresh room, but to our disappointment the room was not serviced. Overall a nice hotel for this price.

New Hotel Amazing friendly Owners and a kind staff ”
We was there about 2 weeks with our Baby and the Parrents of my wife. We came as Costumers and left as Friend's. from the first minit we feel verry welcome and they tried to fulfil all our wishes. The Rooms are clean and the Bed was comfortable. The Baathroom was clean verry comfortable. The Breakfast is good for that price just the coffe. But here is Thailand not Germany, I was in 5 Star Hotels in Bkk and the coffe wasn't better. The serve food to and the food is tasty or how they say "aroy mak mak" just ask them about the Hotel is not far from Airport, the City and the staff always helpfully call Taxi and explain them where you want to go. I did a Barbecue there for the Family of my Wife, a German Barbecue they help me arrange everything and let us do the Barbecue at the hotel. We will live there again

Had a really good time at Come-pang. Excellent service provided by all staff. Very quite location, no loud music at night so you can get a good nights sleep. Staff and owner very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Will be definitely visiting again.

...in that price range I found since long time. Everything new, house, furniture, bathroom, very good qualitiy, very nice atmosphere, clean compound, very friendly staff. Put a dryer in your luxury bathrooms and you have 4 star Hotel....Very highly recommendable... worth every bath

Great place to stay”
Checked in our room after some miscommunication at the reception about the reservation. Same was solved in less than 10 min. Rooms are very large and very clean. Had a room with 2 separate sleeping rooms and a living room. Ideal place when travelling with kids. Hotel rooms are in reality much better as pictured on the website. Would definitely go back to this place when staying in town.

Great hotel. Most comfortable soft bed that I have slept in in Thailand! Sweet owner who let us have a late check out and cooked me boiled eggs. Recommend. Taxi into town is about 50 baht.

We appreciate the good customer service, very comfortable bed, well designed room and bathroom. They were willing to accommodate some special preferences such as making a special vegetarian breakfast for us. The ability of the staff in English is very limited but there is an incredible spirit of service.

Outstanding Property”
Careful thought has been given to the design of the room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed which is unusual for Thailand. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Quite limited English. Really like the ambience of the property. Lots of parking. A little hard to find. Close to Central Plaza (1 km)
