Please only park at the designated parking lot at Roof Level, or visitor's parking lot. Parking at unauthorised space will be subject to wheel-clamp by the management and a release fee of RM100 will be charged. You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to RM500 Surveillance or recording devices on property - Carpark and the compound are CCTV surveillance with security guard patrolling.
