„OK“ Hotel”
Hotel was clean. Rooms are ok. Just a 10 minutes walk to the center. The Staff had a lot of problems with english conversation. The worst breakfast we had during our 3 weeks Vietnam trip. At 7.15 am we woke up through terrible construction noises. In general the walls are thin...hard to relax/fall asleep. Honestly, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Bad service and deceive customers”
We booked 3 rooms but when we checked in they organized 2 rooms on the level 2 and 1 room on the level 3. We requested 3 rooms at the same floor but they would like to charge us more 300,000vnd for this change. This is ridiculous and.crazy. The hotel is quite and no busy. Additionally, they noticed us to check out at 12pm but we need to stay more and they charged us double price compared to the beginning price. We stayed at their rooms 3 days so I disappoint the way they treat the customers so Do not stay this hotel if you go to Da Lat

I ordered 3 rooms for our group but when we checked in, they ordered 2 rooms on the level 2 and 1 room on level 3. We requested to have all rooms on the same level but they asked to pay more 300,000VND to have 3 rooms nearby. This is ridiculous and crazy. Lên Đà Lạt rất nhiều lần để đi công tác cho công ty và ở rất nhiều khách sạn khác nhau, với chi phí hạn hẹp công ty đưa ra minh thường lên Agoda để đặt nhưng khách sạn mới xây, xa chợ Đà Lạt chút xíu nhưng đở ồn ào và kẹt xe. Và mình đã có những trãi nghiệm thú vị khi ở tại Daisy Gold, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, tiện nghi hiện đại, khoá cửa từ an toàn, nhân viên lịch sự, buổi sáng có ăn uống tự chọn với nhiều món bình dân nhưng cũng hợp lí, chổ đậu xe rộng rãi. Ai lên Đà Lạt thì nên ghé ở chổ này để trãi nghiệm
