The rooms are clean, the air condition is cold, the beds are comfortable, at night the area is very quite. The hotel is walking distance from the Mekong embankment. There is a mugata place next door. A warning though: this hotel has no lift. So people with movement disability are limited to the rooms on the ground floor only.

Pros. Very clean rooms. Clean hotel throughout. Friendly staff. Everything in room worked perfectly. Cons. No lift so if you do not like stairs kindly ask for ground floor room. No cons just a great hotel. I stayed for over one week and will book again soon.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and the nice smell of the room. The bed was very comfortable too. The staff were helpful and frendly people. Great value for the price cheape than most hotels. I would stay here again if I go to Nakhon Phanom.

Good value and very comfy beds.”
The best part of this hotel during my stay was probably the really comfy beds in my rooms. Usually, the beds in Thailand are hard and firm. But not at Dalha Renovtel. They were really good and I had many nights of great sleep. Other than this, the staff was helpful and the place was nice and clean. The Wifi was very strong and the breakfast matched the price I paid quite well. The location was a bit off-center of the city, but it will only take you 15 minutes' walk along the river to get to the center.

This is a pretty basic one night hotel. The hotel is not exactly close to the Mekong river like other comments said. It is about 200 meters away. The hotel is 2 km. from Nakorn Phnom city center. If you have no car, it is quite a walk. The hotel room is pretty basic with only a bottle of soap and shampoo. An old reception guy is very rude. He did not say even a word to me. Just handed me a room key and that's it. Do not expect much. One night stay is just ok.

Clean and neat in a reasonable location”
This was my second stay at Dalha Renovtel Hotel and I enjoyed this stay as much as my first and would stay again the next time in visit Nakhon Phanom. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean and have all the bsaic needs, ie refigerator, AC, hot water shower, small balcony and free WiFi plus bicycles that are free to use. The river is less than 5 minutes walk away and it is about 10 to 15 minutes casual walk along the river front to the clock tower and around 20 minutes to the night market or Indochine Market. The staff speak little English but do try hard to please. They will book a tuk tuk to the bus station or mini van to airport. No breakfast available but there is an open area downstairs where Cup Jok, instant noodles or soft drinks can be bought at reasonable prices.

Great value hotel”
This was my 3rd stay at the Dalha Hotel and it is still a great value, basic hotel that is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The rooms are large but basic with tiled floors, heavy wooden furniture, good AC, large Refigerator, electric hot water service, reasonable cable TV and pretty good WiFi. They also have 2 or 3 bicycles (not well maintained but acceptable for short trips) for free use of guests. The staff have very little English but try their best to be helpful. I found Google translation app was very useful in communicating with Reception staff.

Large rooms and easy walking distance to river etc”
I really enjoyed my stay in this quite new hotel. There are no signs in English (my Agoda voucher with hotel name in Thai helped) and most of the staff have very limited English but are very helpful. What impressed me most was how well maintained and clean it was. My room on the ground floor was very spacious with white tiled floor, a desk with chair and mirror, heavy wooden suitcase bench, good sized refrigerator, functional bathroom with good hot water and small patio area. The large bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked quietly and very efficiently. There is no breakfast included but there is a hot water urn with 3 in 1 coffee and cups of instant rice porridge available for sale. They also have a refrigerator with drinks for sale at very reasonable prices. It is about a 2 minute walk to the river, 5 minutes to the Tourist Information Office and 10 to 12 minutes to the main clock tower. The staff arranged for a Tuk Tuk to pick me up to get to the bus station for my onward trip. I would happily stay there again.

Omg !!!,what a lovely little hotel,next to a residential road with the Mekong River promenade a short walk to the right as U walk out of hotel,surrounded by lovely & cheap restaurants, coffee shops and Thai cafes. Stopped in room 304,lovely morning sun on balcony, like being in a rainforest, plenty wildlife to watch. Drinks fridge downstairs in lobby,U can get soft drinks ,yoghurt and beer 24/7,reasonable price,love Nakhon Phanom.

good enough for local hotel”
we booked for 3 persons room, non of the hotel around there offer this type without roll away bed. Same price for advance booking or pay at hotel (so, no reason to pay cash if you have credit card??). Very clean hotel, can here some noise from another room but not too bad , a bit far from CBD but you will get a very nice walkway along river. No breakfast offer but local restaurant just at the corner. Overall, only choice for 3 persons room, good enough for your money.

1 block from Mekong river which has very nice walkway. Only about 4 blocks from hospital. Several restaurants on same street as hotel. Room had king bed, mattress softer than many hard Thai mattresses. Small balcony, no view, WiFi so so. Bathroom remodeled but not laid out normally, and very slippery floor tiles in bathroom when wet. Has refrigerator, no hot water pot, and no microwave. Has A/C. Had a few ants, and hotel sprayed for me right away. Quick, easy check-in and checkout. Is a 2 star hotel. Don't expect western standard, and you will be ok here. Neighborhood hotel price standard is 450 baht, here included.

NIce and quiet”
Not far from the city centre (if you don't bother walking), this hotel is just a couple of step from the Mekong. You can also reach the centre walking along the river, relaxing and admiring a very nice town and the very very near Laos. The staff is Thai speaking but absolutely kind (they give us all the English written maps they had, including one about Chang Rai!!!!). Local restaurants, stunning sunsets (you can see them from the boat in a short tour) and a quiet staying are waiting for you!

Nice comfortable budget hotel. Close to riverside. 15 minute walk to the city center. Also have a couple of bicycles for free. Coffee for free also. Perfect city to bike around. Bike lane all alone riverside. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

new or renovated hotel , and very very clean hotel, stuff friendly but speaks almost no english, no breakfast , but you get free nescafe, little shop where you can buy things. 2 mins to mekong and maybe 10 to city shopping. i will stay again here when i come back.

One or two km upriver from Viet Kieu clock, but it's lovely walm along the river. Hotel has bicycle for use. Super clean room, working wifi. Little bit of a view of mountains across the Mekong, but it's not a riverfront hotel. Better experience if you can speak a bit of Thai - same is true everywhere in Nakhon Phanom - which makes NP a nice place to send a few days
