The room was spacious and clean the bed very comfortable. The only problem I had was the water pressure was very low and the alarm clock didn’t work.

Usually our stay here is really good. However the last time we stayed housekeeping came to our room 3 times before we had checked out. They arrived at the room at 9:30, and again at 10:15 and 10:30. Checkout wasn't until 11. Each time they came they just opened the door then announced themselves.

Staff is absolutely the worst and rude. I had a bank card that they could have used had I taken something, but they MADE ME GIVE THEM 100 CASH and they said that, "We have to keep your license with the cash." I argued that I need it for driving, etc." They refused to give it back and a copy of the card will not suffice. Nowhere online, booking site or at the model's lobby, does it mention this 100 cash deposit. It was a dingy, dark room. Old everything. Vending machines are on but there isn't anything in any of the two machines on all 4 floors. This is not stated anywhere. Not onIine, website or at the motel. They treat you as if you're a strug out druggie. I couldn't leave because my online payment was nonrefundable. Fast forward to checking out. In order for me to get my $100 in cash and license that they held hostage, I had to wait for the front desk Gal to go to my room and make sure I didn't steal anything and I didn't smoke. I left a day early. I was so disappointed by everything, I couldn't be there a minute longer. As I left, after l was cleared to have NOT stolen or smoke, she said absolutely nothing and held my cash up for me to take. Not one word. This is the Days Inn on Blairsferry. I hear the other one in town is better than this one. Staying in my car would have been a drastic improvement.
