          1. Access to the hotel is by staircase, inconvenience. 2. Unsafe and felt insecure due to main door to the room cannot be locked and there was a room in front full with guys, unsuitable for ladies to stay alone. 3. 2 different rooms shares the same toilet. 4. Cockroaches in the toilet. 5. Dressing area has very small table attached to it.

          Wrong location”

          I book hotel that said it located in seksyen 3. But than when we call the delta inn @ sec. 3 they said it was full book. Then they transfer us at hotel in sec 13. So far and the hotel name was laman seri. I don't understand why. It's a very bad choice and so up set. Please next time give a proper information. Don't make us confused!

          Waste of money”

          Poor check-in service. No one was there when we arrived & when finally a staff attended us, our name was not in the list altho full payment has been made thru agoda & weve infact called before cehcked in & they said "ok" and was expecting us. Hotel is very cheap looking. Kinda sad. No soundproof. Very Small space. Its like renting a room in a shared apartment. There's kids hanging around at the living room & were playing guitar. How could we sleep that night? Conclusion: we left & burn our money. Hope you use our money for improvement & upgrade.

          The bathroom are shared bathroom outside your room although they advertised you have your own bathroom. There is construction workers occupying nearby rooms so it’s noisy and dirty. It’s more like a hostel than inn/hotel. No one at the reception counter. Definitely thimbs down.
