              the staff was kind and helpful, the architecture of the building beautiful, the old time elevator scary but very cool, the room was lovely, and the location was perfect. easy to walk to restaurants and caffès. the bus and metro stops were close by. we had a great stay here and world definitely stay here again.

              Internet! I could not get wifi or cellular connection in my room, which was at the end of a hall! Maybe other rooms don't have this problem but to be completely disconnected was pretty annoying.

              The room was very clean, spacious and modern. Breakfast was good too, located in a bar nearby (a few min walk). Close to the metro station and near many bars, restaurants and attractions.
              The area where the hotel was situated was dirty and there was rubbish a bit everywhere and I didn't feel secure to walk around especially at night. There are better areas to be in Napoli.

              The price given by the establishment to Booking seems to be only a part of the total to be paid. After the deadline for canceling my reservation, they sent me an email saying that they would charge me €10 per hour of delay after 8pm. Delay? what does delay mean? Can you arrive late at a hotel? so according to Dimora delle Arti, yes. It seems to me that arriving at a hotel at 10 or 11 pm is very normal. My plane arrived in Naples at 11pm so, following their logic, I had to pay €30 more as I was arriving late. That's not all, while I was arguing at the reception showing my disagreement (is not about 30 €, is about respect), another family staying at the hotel told me that the hotel was demanding €300 from them... I don't know the reason, but it agrees with the temper of the hotel. By the way, I also found a hair in the bed.

              it was in a historic district and near to a great trattoria. Staff was friendly but check in was a little confusing. it was not clear where to go once inside the courtyard.
              It was a little hard to understand where to go to find the hotel. once we found it it was quite lovely.
