Cosy apartment well-located on a quiet side street, close to the Cathedral and the beach. The apartment is newly renovated, is small but has all you need for a comfortable stay, including a shared terrace with beautiful views over the rooftops of the city and the sea. Strongly recommended!

Perfect!!”

Perfect location, exceptionally clean and tidy, spacious and very well equipped. In a beautiful part of the old town, easy walk everywhere. Cute balcony with lovely view, air conditioning and great laundry and kitchen facilities. the host was exceptional and incredibly helpful!

Location was perfect, 2 min walk to centro storico and 10 min to the beach. On the roof there is a terrace which has an amazing view and is perfect for sunsets. The host is easy to contact and very friendly, she even surprised us with fresh cherries!

- perfect location, very close to the beach. - cosy, very clean. - kitchen equipment - lundry machine (+loundry liquid) - air-condition - terrace AND balcony
We got only one key. One time we forgot it inside the apartment, unfortunately we spent night on the stairs because we couldn't reach the manager or the owner (but it was midnight). And as it's of course our fault, I would recommend to ask for 2 keys or to work on some solution for similar situations.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement dans le centre historique à proximité de la plage de plage porta vecchia. Une belle terrasse avec une vue sur la mer et un magnifique paysage au soleil couchant. Nous sommes à proximité d’un l’arrêt de bus emmenant sur les plages de sable autour de capitolo. L’appartement a tous les équipements nécessaires pour vivre. L’hôte est agréable et disponible, aux petits soins.

Tout. L'emplacement dans le centre historique, à 2 pas de la plage, à 2 pas de la ville. Terrasse de toit très sympa, aménagée, avec une vue mer et ville. Idéale pour boire l'apéro le soir. Machine à laver sur place donc très pratique. Même si c'est une trentaine de m2, tout est bien aménagé. Il y a tout le nécessaire.
Étant là bas pendant 2 semaines, un peu plus de rangement dans la salle de bain aurait été bien.

Accoglienza deliziosa! Mariagrazia ci ha accolti con gentilezza e flessibilità, restando a completa disposizione per ogni necessità. L’appartamento molto caratteristico, situato a pochi passi dal mare e in pieno centro storico, è compatto, ben organizzato e tranquillo , perfetto per una coppia. Molto agevole raggiungere la stazione che dista circa 1 km, per un soggiorno di pochi giorni si può tranquillamente fare a meno dell’automobile e preferire spostamenti in treno per raggiungere le località vicine.
