The perfect B&B for a city break”

The breakfast at the cafe was delicious and a highlight of the stay. Desy was very helpful and kind and the room was clean and air conditioned- it also features a kitchenette which would be useful for people who don’t fancy eating out all the time. The rooms were in the heart of Lecce, allowing you to go everywhere on foot. Overall, I would highly recommend!

El sitio es bastante acogedor, hay limpieza y orden. Desideria es una persona bastante amable y dispuesta si tienes alguna novedad o inquietud. El lugar es cercano a la parte historica y el recorrido puedes hacerlo perfectamente a pie. Los productos del desayuno son bastante ricos. Importante que para que el lugar no coja olor a humedad, se mantengan las persianas abiertas. Para terminar fue bastante agradable nuestra estadía. Muchas gracias

L’endroit est splendide, plafond très haut et voûté en pierres de Lecce, éclairage comme dans un musée. Cuisine ultra équipée et localisation très centrale parfaite.

- La bonne communication avec notre hôte et son professionnalisme - La superbe localisation dans le centre historique - Le soin, la propreté et les équipements de l'appartement (tout a été parfaitement pensé) Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet appartement. Un vrai nid douillet parfait pour visiter la ville.
Le logement était parfait. Le seul petit point négatif concernant notre logement était la porte des toilettes donnant sur la chambre. En effet, elle était malheureusement grincante et provoquait des bruits à chaque passage, réveillant ma partenaire ou me réveillant.

Comoda soluzione per visitare il centro storico.”

La posizione eccezionale, all'interno del centro storico ma al confine della zona a traffico limitato, con la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente lungo la via Egidio Reale e strade limitrofe o in via Adua, a pagamento. La casa piccola, ma molto curata e pulita. Buona e comoda la colazione servita al bar vicino l' appartamento.
Costretti ad utilizzare sempre i deumidificatore, poiché si percepiva nell'aria umidità. Inoltre la mattina, già dalle prime ore, entrava la luce, la porta d'ingresso a vetri non era schermata, fastidioso per chi dormiva nel terzo.

Era tutto perfetto, la struttura è all'interno del centro storico. Il parcheggio a due passi. La colazione, che si poteva fare in un bar poco fuori le mura, prevedeva una bevanda (caffè, cappuccino o spremuta) e una pasta, e pur non essendo paragonabile a una colazione a buffet per me era sufficiente. Unico neo della pur confortevole struttura era dato dalla porta d'ingresso che era fatta con vetro satinato e che lasciava entrare molta luce già alle 5/5,30 del mattino. Questo è l'unico motivo per cui non do il massimo come recensione.
Tranne la luce che entrava il mattino dalla porta a vetri d'ingresso il resto era perfetto.

Appartamento molto bello in posizione strategica (monumenti, ristoranti e negozi raggiungibilie in pochi passi) e dotato di ogni comfort. La proprietaria davvero gentile e disponibile (ci ha anticipato il check in e posticipato il check out). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente
Andrebbe sostituito il materasso matrimoniale e soprattutto il il divano letto...scomodissimo! Una svista con i buoni per la colazione (ne ho avuto uno in meno) ma assolutamente perdonabile.
