Located on Piazza Garibaldi next to Naples Central railway station, Hotel B&B Napoli is just a short walk from the train and a perfect base for exploring the area. Our first room On the 5th floor was huge and cool looking with interesting wall murals and comfortable beds. When we asked if we could extend our stay, they told us to pack our bags before we left for some sightseeing and they moved or bags to a 6th floor room with a private balcony and beautiful panoramic views of Naples and the volcano Vesuvius in the distance. The staff at the front desk were wonderfully helpful and friendly, they gave us directions, maps, advice, and recommendations that helped our stay to be a wonderful and memorable visit ! Thanks to the concierge on our arrival whose name I can't remember, but whose helpfulness and friendliness we will always remember...and thanks to concierge Antonio for all of your help in calling and translating for us as we headed for the overnight ferry to Sicily! AMAZING staff at the hotel. My husband and I were at a total loss when we left one of our bags in the cab after check out, when we were dropped off at the train station. The bag contained our passports amongst other things. You could imagine our panic! When we phoned the hotel, the staff who picked up immediately tried to calm us down and then she spent the next 30 mins calling around various cab companies trying to hunt down the cab driver. We thought it was a lost cause but when we called back, she gave us the good news that she had found the driver and had arranged for him to return to the station with our bag! In our rush, we did not get the name of the lady staff who helped us but we would like to thank her from the bottom of our hearts for what she did for us. She could have easily chosen to not to help us, but instead, she pulled off a miracle! All the other staff from reception to housekeeping were most friendly and accommodating during our stay. We also loved our room and how spacious and modern it was. Breakfast was a healthy spread and the view from the terrace is amazing. Location wise, it is not far from all the cool spots Naples has to offer. Will definitely recommend this place to couples looking for a lovely hotel in Naples.

Had only 2D1N in Naples-a stopover for Amalfi tour. Very convenient location-just 1min walk to train station Napoli Centrale/Garibaldi (has soundproof windows-so no worries). Compared to all the other hotels in Naples, it is modern & not has no gaudy interiors. Breakfast was fantastic with local pastries for €12. It is also opposite a supermarket with wide variety of food & it has a few restaurants alongside it. Do go to Attanasio-a seafood Italian/Mediterranean place! :)

We recently stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, however the official address makes it somewhat difficult to find if you’re traveling by car, as the Naples traffic is somewhat chaotic. If you use the address Largo Barsanti E. e Matteucci C. this will bring you to the entrance where the parking area is located, as the front entrance is not accessible by car. We ate dinner at the restaurant, however the food was only average and barely warm. Breakfast was fairly typical of Italy with lots of cakes and sweet biscuits, but not a lot of healthy or savory options. The room was large and very clean with a large bathroom. The decor in the rooms was modern but the chairs were unfortunately not very comfortable. The WiFi connection was very poor. The location is next to the stadium and a conference centre, and is easily accessible by the Metro which is within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The room facing the seafront is gorgeous but not the one facing the other hotel. Was disappointed not to have free bottle of water on the 2nd day onwards, how much would it cost to have given it free since we are staying at a suite cost E300 a night. Within walking distance to many seafood restaurants but it was quite far within the main attraction at the town area. Room is too hot, we have to open the window for some cool air even at winter. Overall is a fine stay.

Naples has got to be the most dirty city ever! We walked down the streets and felt very scared for our body pouches with our money inside. Random people will come really close to you. Naples is a beautiful city, if you can ignore the mess. We loved the bustle and history of the city, as well as being the gateway to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The hotel itself was a holiday away from the garbage piling up on the streets. It was clean, the staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast options were huge. We stayed in a loft with some stairs that led to the bedroom, that was interesting. We had breakfast and cocktails at night in the main dining hall and it was an amazing experience. However, if you don't smoke, you might find the smell off-putting. Because the 'tent' wa as covering the ceiling, my wife couldn't take the smell of the cigarettes. All in all, an amazing stay! This trip to Italy was first time for my husband and me. I heard about bad things about Naples such as it was not a safe place and dirty town. However, around this hotel , it was beautiful!! I think that this place is the safest place in Naples. You can walk outside even though it is night time. There are many restaurant around the hotel. It is close from a port. There is a famous pizza restaurant with walking distance. You can take a taxi even though you arrive very late at the airport. I would like to come back to the hotel if I come back to Naples.

Beyond our expectations - this hotel was wonderful! From the moment we entered we felt pampered and welcome. A big relief to see our room was modern, clean, spacious, quiet and luxurious. The staff made every effort to pamper us with excellent service. They all spoke English very well. Enzo (who ran the front desk) was the most helpful guide, giving us advice on local attractions, restaurants, day trips and tips to navigate throughout Naples. The only drawback was the neighborhood the hotel is situated in. It's conveniently located near the Centrale Train station but in a run down dirty part of town. It was difficult to locate so we had to call a few times for guidance. We were not approached by strangers lingering about and did not feel unsafe, it was just not a nice area of Naples. Once inside the hotel we forgot all about the surroundings. We could not wait to be back every evening! The food was excellent and the dining room terrace cozy, the housekeepers & staff attentive and quick to respond to every detail. The biggest surprise was that this was the least expensive hotel we stayed in during our 12 day, 5 city trip, yet it offered the most for the money! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to use it as a home base for exploring the Amalfi Coast - Naples, Capri, the islands, Sorrento, etc. Naples is a short boat or train trip to many local options and a pleasant (with the best shopping) city to visit.

Last year we stayed at the NHAmbassador in Genoa and were very impressed.This year we stayed in Naples Nh Ambassador and were very happy with our choice.on arrival we were offered a upgrade for an extra €15.we accepted and were given a room on the 28 th floor.it was a big room with a well equiped modern bathroom.our bed was very comfortable.the air conditioning was not very effective so we had the big windows open with fresh cooling air.much nicer than air con.the view over the harbour was magnificent.wifi was very efficient.location was close to shopping and many restaurants.a good location from which to explore the different areas of Naples.breakfast in this hotel is an excellent buffet of many choices.staff at reception were always very pleasant and helpful.they made restaurant reservations for us and were very helpfulf with any enquiries.i would highly recommend this hotel.

very cute little hotel in the centre of naples. The hotel itself was really cute, the breakfast really great, staff couldn't do enough. their recommendation for lunch was superb, even saw the same staff member having lunch there. the grand gallery in which it sits is in need of repair (like the rest of naples, the roof was leaking everywhere) but this is not the hotel's fault. Highly recommend it.

Very convenient location. I arrived late at Naples and needed an acomodation near the Stazione Napoli Centrale and in fact it is really near, like one or two blocks from it. The neighborhood might look a bit scary for some (but nothing happened, just first impression). The room was clean, the price was good and the reception worked until late night -- something hard to find in airbnbs and hostels.

Stayed here for 3 nights on my recent trip to Naples and have a very mixed feelings about reviewing this hotel. Most of my bad experiences can be put to bad luck but i'll still state them here. 1) Booked 'Room' through Agoda and was given twin bed room where beds were aligned to wall rather than next to each other (room 176). My frd booked the same room and was given 2 queen bed room. (Second floor room). We both paid same money. 2) Went for breakfast and eggs were black instead of yellow inside (stale). Thought it was me but talked to one other patron there and he had same issue with egg. 3) Next day, went for breakfast and there was fungus (green thing) in a yogurt. Showed it to waitress and she said sorry and took it away. 4) Breakfast in general was bit of disappointment, if you are paying extra for it, i would recommend save your money and eat somewhere out. 5) They should seriously look into changing their shower heads as water pressure is sharp and may hurt someone. 1. This can be considered as affordable hotel. Very basic facilities. Room is okay, tiles flooring, windows can be opened to get fresh air ventilation considering there's no air-conditioned during winter season. 2. Perfectly located near the Stazione di Napoli Centrale, there's a direct walkway to enter the hotel from the railway station. Few convenient stores at the station. 3. Breakfast room is okay, menu also good & basic selections on the buffet table. 4. What I want to highlight is, staff are very attentive, always smiling. All hail to the lady at the housekeeping. There's no ironing facilities. I need to be ready for a tour at 0800hrs, luckily the housekeeping start at 0700hrs, so I went straight to housekeeping room & asked the lady to help out, she directed me to registered the pieces at the reception then she immediately pressed my clothes & scarf within 15 minutes. She was my life saviour! Thanks. Not all hotel's staff will help you this way. I wish I can recall her name :)

Have stayed in the Europeo on many occasions. It is ideally situated for all the wonders of Naples Historid Centre. The small bar/pizzeria uphhill (100 mtrs) serves good pizza at reasonable prices. Downhill is a Carrefour grocery shop for essentials. Nearby on Piazza Gesu is the stop for the hop-on hop-off tourist bus. The hotel can be difficult to find. Look for Astra Cafe (off street) and press the bell on the right of the large gate. The Europeo is in the student quarter, where there is a lot of graffiti, but don't be put off. It is safe, secure, inexpensive and will gift you many unforgettable moments in a great city. As a bonus it has air conditioning. Stayed August 2017

Clean rooms in centrally located hotel,one of the best value stays we have had in Italy. Considered by some to be in a dodgy part of Naples but we did not find it so. 5mins from all transport both locally and nationally. Could not be bettered. Also great breakfast -very filling and free for children.

We booked this hotel specifically to be close to the airport as our flight departed at 6 AM. The hotel arranged our shuttle to depart at 4:30 AM and it cost 25 euros. We were also able to go into Naples during the day by taking the public bus which is right down the street from the hotel. You can take the T31, T32 or T33 buses into the city which all stop at the central station. The receptionist was very nice and let us have breakfast when we arrived early from the airport and we were even able to check into the room early. The room is basic but we spent all of our time outside of the hotel, so therefore was it a good choice due to our travel situation.

The hotel is in an upmarket area of Naples within easy walking distance of designer shops, the Metro, and good restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful with a lovely, modern bathroom and very quiet at night. This was the best hotel we stayed in of the three we stayed in during our visit to Italy. It was excellent value for money.

This was a great introduction to Naples and we were warmly welcomed by the managers. Our room was clean, well equipped and had an amazing terrace - well worth the extra money! The Church are incredibly honest and clear in an email that is sent straight after booking which describes how you will have to walk up three flights of stairs. We read lots of reviews which seemed to unfairly complain about this - we are so happy we ignored them!

This was our serving visit to this hotel and it was even better than we remembered. It's a great location to explore Naples, a short taxi ride to and from the airport (fixed price if you all for it, 22.50 euros). 5 minutes walk into the historic centre of Naples, an easy stroll to the harbour and lots of great places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is clean with good clean rooms, great showers, comfy beds... Everything you need. The staff are super helpful too and speak great English. They can arrange taxi, help you with getting around Napoli, recommend places and generally make for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is ok, bread, meet, cheese, fruit, cake, cereal and coffee. Next time we stay in Naples, I see no reason why we wouldn't be back here.

We recently stayed Sept 2018. All the staff were amazing. The location is only 700m from the train station. The terrace on 6th floor is like an oasis from the hustle and bustle on the streets just outside. The plunge pool is a dipping your feet option however, does the job when sunbaking, plenty of sun beds. The room we booked unfortunately the aircon was broken and the shower screen also broken (5th floor). However, the staff kindly obliged to move us the next day to another room (2nd Floor, Frieda Room). This room was amazing, great storage, bathroom spacious, excellent hair dryer. Internet fantastic, USB ports in the wall next to bed. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included for us - so delicious, the best we’ve ever eaten on any holiday. The variety and freshness and the love could be tasted in the food. Gabriele cooked from her heart. We only ate the dinner meals - so scrumptous you must eat her food. Bilge (manager) was so friendly and efficient. We loved it all.

stayed three nights with my family and parents. We had two rooms. the B & B is in an older section of naples with a lot of interesting neighbors (immigrants) it is a safe area though and easy to navigate to a lot of the historical sights and popular areas. Easy walk to the water and museums. The owners took great care of us and gave us personal interest and advice for travel in naples. I would recommend this place although it might not be for everyone. It is a nice building and very safe. Plenty of food and sights nearby and the price is the best in Naples for what you get. We were surprised there was actually availability. Breakfast was light but they will bring whatever you ask the night before. A high level of attention and detail to making us feel comfortable was a great part of our stay. We had a nice visit and would stay here again.
