Located on Piazza Garibaldi next to Naples Central railway station, Hotel B&B Napoli is just a short walk from the train and a perfect base for exploring the area. Our first room On the 5th floor was huge and cool looking with interesting wall murals and comfortable beds. When we asked if we could extend our stay, they told us to pack our bags before we left for some sightseeing and they moved or bags to a 6th floor room with a private balcony and beautiful panoramic views of Naples and the volcano Vesuvius in the distance. The staff at the front desk were wonderfully helpful and friendly, they gave us directions, maps, advice, and recommendations that helped our stay to be a wonderful and memorable visit ! Thanks to the concierge on our arrival whose name I can't remember, but whose helpfulness and friendliness we will always remember...and thanks to concierge Antonio for all of your help in calling and translating for us as we headed for the overnight ferry to Sicily! Supermarket and central station across the road. Not related to this great hotel, but tourists beware: be careful of Circovesuviana corrupt staff ( at Central Station)! We were sold invalid tickets to Sorrento . Prize on tickets €1.30, but asked to pay €15.60. They refuse to issue receipt, when paid by cash. No CCTV in ticket office, so staff free to pocket and rob. Had to buy return tickets again.

Beyond our expectations - this hotel was wonderful! From the moment we entered we felt pampered and welcome. A big relief to see our room was modern, clean, spacious, quiet and luxurious. The staff made every effort to pamper us with excellent service. They all spoke English very well. Enzo (who ran the front desk) was the most helpful guide, giving us advice on local attractions, restaurants, day trips and tips to navigate throughout Naples. The only drawback was the neighborhood the hotel is situated in. It's conveniently located near the Centrale Train station but in a run down dirty part of town. It was difficult to locate so we had to call a few times for guidance. We were not approached by strangers lingering about and did not feel unsafe, it was just not a nice area of Naples. Once inside the hotel we forgot all about the surroundings. We could not wait to be back every evening! The food was excellent and the dining room terrace cozy, the housekeepers & staff attentive and quick to respond to every detail. The biggest surprise was that this was the least expensive hotel we stayed in during our 12 day, 5 city trip, yet it offered the most for the money! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to use it as a home base for exploring the Amalfi Coast - Naples, Capri, the islands, Sorrento, etc. Naples is a short boat or train trip to many local options and a pleasant (with the best shopping) city to visit.

Very convenient location. I arrived late at Naples and needed an acomodation near the Stazione Napoli Centrale and in fact it is really near, like one or two blocks from it. The neighborhood might look a bit scary for some (but nothing happened, just first impression). The room was clean, the price was good and the reception worked until late night -- something hard to find in airbnbs and hostels.

It is close to the Central Station, metro, bus and Piazza Garibaldi. 5 - 10 minutes by walking. When you come from airport with shuttlebus you can walk to the hotel. Hotel restaurant cooks well. Personel kind and helpful. Breakfast ; pastry chef is good and cooking many various everyday. On the other hand there was only one kind of cheese and overcooked eggs. In that way breakfast was poor. Hotel is clean, modern and refurbished.

1. This can be considered as affordable hotel. Very basic facilities. Room is okay, tiles flooring, windows can be opened to get fresh air ventilation considering there's no air-conditioned during winter season. 2. Perfectly located near the Stazione di Napoli Centrale, there's a direct walkway to enter the hotel from the railway station. Few convenient stores at the station. 3. Breakfast room is okay, menu also good & basic selections on the buffet table. 4. What I want to highlight is, staff are very attentive, always smiling. All hail to the lady at the housekeeping. There's no ironing facilities. I need to be ready for a tour at 0800hrs, luckily the housekeeping start at 0700hrs, so I went straight to housekeeping room & asked the lady to help out, she directed me to registered the pieces at the reception then she immediately pressed my clothes & scarf within 15 minutes. She was my life saviour! Thanks. Not all hotel's staff will help you this way. I wish I can recall her name :)

Steps away from the main train station, Stazione Napoli Centrale. Located in the old part of the city. Probably the highlight of our stay here was the very friendly (and gorgeous) staffs who helped us with our itinerary. Good english too! PS: If you are going to stay here, try Da Donato dal 1956 Antica Trattoria e Pizzeria which is located just down the block. BEST PIZZA and pasta.

We recently stayed Sept 2018. All the staff were amazing. The location is only 700m from the train station. The terrace on 6th floor is like an oasis from the hustle and bustle on the streets just outside. The plunge pool is a dipping your feet option however, does the job when sunbaking, plenty of sun beds. The room we booked unfortunately the aircon was broken and the shower screen also broken (5th floor). However, the staff kindly obliged to move us the next day to another room (2nd Floor, Frieda Room). This room was amazing, great storage, bathroom spacious, excellent hair dryer. Internet fantastic, USB ports in the wall next to bed. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included for us - so delicious, the best we’ve ever eaten on any holiday. The variety and freshness and the love could be tasted in the food. Gabriele cooked from her heart. We only ate the dinner meals - so scrumptous you must eat her food. Bilge (manager) was so friendly and efficient. We loved it all.

Just a short walk from the train station to a nice friendly clean hotel. The hotel is in the old part of Florence which the area is quite a bit run down. There are a lot of what seams to be unemployed people sitting about all day and all night doing nothing. Doing nothing for the area, the community or themselves. We were told that this problem has happened in the last couple of years. There does not seam to be any street cleaning as there is a lot of rubbish/ discarded food lying about. We used a few shops and cafés in this same area and the people are lovely.

Very convinient location- Central & Metro station within 5 minutes walk. Napoli Stazione Centrale is not a very pleasant area but v convinient for getting to any place in Napoli. Alfredo is a very energetic & helpful person. Surely recommend this one. On the flip side the Toilet , especially bathing area is too tiny ( guess its this way most places in Italy) and there is no elevator , so if you are travelling with heavy bags be prepared for a work out !

The room was fine with all the essentials including a/c, private bathroom, etc. Finding the street entrance among the grubby surroundings was a small challenge. It’s next to the “México “ coffee shop with a small (roughly 1 Ft square) sign among several others next to the entry. To reach it start at the Burger King in the Centrale train station, cross the street , and pass a cafe (contemporary shop for pastries and espresso).

it has private bathroom and toilet which is difficult to be found in other similar price accommodation. Has warm water. provide towers and breakfast which has a vup of latte, mango juice and creamy croissan one each dilibering to the doorstep. has local TV chennel, ot has air conditional as well. Yhe location is situated to very confortable to access to the main train station. easy to go to airport or pompei trip. However, the staffs and the owner is not available to communicatr in English, but only Italian. But still theu are kind. The facility is not bed not great that one of windo lock was cracked that i couldnt completely close it. good for just one or two days trip for single traveller or with friends. The wifi is not very fast but functioning well. (the given PW words contains capital letters but its only small letters and numbers). my gf is flexible girl that could accept there for two nights, but normal gfs might not like there. The surrounding at night seems not safe with street drunkers.

Close to Naples Central Station but really hard to find the entrance. There's no sign for the hotel's name. We called the number but male staff barely spoke English and couldn't explain another number. (We had to ask other hotel staff to find the entrance.) Took so much time to get Pomodoro. The FEMALE host is very welcoming but that's all. The bed sheet was smelly and not comfortable. We even paid for the cleaing fee?.. not worth it. Information about airport shuttle bus was also wrong.. I've been stayed a lot of hotels since I living in Europe, this is the one of the bad experiences. Please find and stay a bit of expensive hotel than this to not get mad.
