The apartment was spacious, stylishly decorated and incredibly clean. The location is perfect. In a safe bustling area next to metro, bus network and taxi rank. There are countless restaurants, shops, bars and attractions at the doorstep.

The shower needs repairing. I'd also get a kettle to boil water to make tea as not everyone drinks coffee!

Great location for exploring different parts of Naples by foot and close to transport links. Very clean and spacious apartment with a lovely view of the castle.

Quite a bit of traffic noise through the night, though the windows blocked out most of it. The code pad for the main door wasn't as easy to use as expected, but not a problem once we had the keys.

We were completely fascinated by our stay, from the host to the apartment and its location, everything was perfect! Recommended! We would stay there for sure again.

Eventhough the stay was fine, the people in Naples were very unfriendly. As soon as you start speaking English, they're not eager to help. It really put a downer on the entire trip.

Very noisy. You could hear the cars frm the street below, and honking all night and day. Furniture being pushed back and forth from upstairs, from early on in the morning (7am). The app with the keys is totally wrong. Without normal keys you risk being locked out of the apartment. All other guests we met had a problem with the app. There was Noone to greet us when we arrived, to show us around. For some reason the lights were out on that night for a couple of hours and that also affected the electronic locks. No receptionist in the building to ask. No coffee machine or kettle. No complimentary tea / coffee or anything of the sorts. Not even sugar. In general, what needs to be vastly improved is the concierge services (check in & out, locks, etc) and the noise. Sound proofing curtains, or extra windowing would improve the situation with the noise from the street. Sound proofing the ceiling, or convincing the people upstairs to stop moving the furniture around in odd times can also help...

It is a beautiful, clean apartment in an excellent location. A Metro stop just a short walk away, and plenty of restaurants and other sites in close proximity.

While it is convenient that the property utilizes an app for contactless check-in and unlocking doors, the app did not work well on Android phones. We were able to complete the check in process on my husband's ipad; but later also experienced difficulty unlocking the building door with the app. Fortunately, the property did have physical keys we could use after we called to share our experience. The only other complaint I have is that we are a family of four that booked the room with the understanding a family would be staying there. However, the room only had two bath towels. Not a big deal since it was only two nights.
