Acceptable”
The overall condition is acceptable considering the price. What I like -The room is spacious. -There is 7-11 nearby. -Perfect location for those who have business in Thammasat University. -Friendly staff What I don't like -The bathroom is not well maintained. The shower area is bit dirty. -There is WIFI available but very slow so I have to use my cell phone for the internet.

The door lock was broken at the first time, then I request another room, the staff was nice. No breakfast but it was not difficult at all to find the food in the campus.

Communicating with the staff was bit difficult due to language issue (many of them couldn't understand English). Wi-Fi connection was very poor in the room and had to be in the lobby every time to get connected. Taxi people doesn't know about "D-luxx Thamasat Apartment" & bit difficult to reach the place.

They didn't prepare the room for me.”
They didn't clean the room up for me, a lot of hair on the floor. There isn't no restaurant at the hotel and the nearest restaurant is very far from the hotel. Someone was smoking and I smelled it in my room.

Great place to stay if you're visiting the University, but don't consider if it you're just traveling to see Bangkok. Friendly staff and everything was taken care of.

far from center of university. if you don't have car or motorcycle, this place is not suit you certainly. ps. the pin map in google or apple map was wrong and long distance from real position.
