Fabulous property in a perfect location, just a short walk from the main square, waterfront and metro stop. The apartment was so clean, spacious and private. Carmen was so helpful, great communication and speedy responses . A great selection of food and drinks were left along with fresh pastries delivered to the door each morning !! Highly reccomend !

When I couldn't get the key to work on the front door, the host sent her sister to help me get in. I appreciated this.
There were hairs on the towels and in the bed sheets. There was a stain on one of the chairs. The door to the bedroom didn't shut properly at first, so I needed to work with it so that I could be sure it locked. The door to the outside would stick, so I was worried about coming in at night. I was so grossed out that I immediately messaged saying that I was not going to stay here, and I booked at another hotel. I've now been trying to get in touch with them since then (and Booking has, too) to get a refund, and it has not happened. Save yourself a headache - pay a bit more for a much better experience.

The apartment is well located, 10 minutes walk distance from Quartieri Spagnoli and 5 minutes from Piazza Plebiscito. The hostess is very kind. She was always worried if everything was OK with us.
The building doesn't have an elevator, and the bedroom it's in the 3rd floor.
