I was quite worry about the check in procedure after read the comment. However, when I called them, they guide me accordingly and very helpful. The check in process is guided nicely. Julie is a very friendly and helpful staff. She attended all my requests. Furthermore the unit is clean and nice. There’s basic cleaning daily. Will definitely stay again

Great Place to Stay with A Group”
The price was great for the location -- we could walk to Bukit Bintang area & didn't need to drive out into the chaotic KL traffic. We were skeptical about doing the check-in procedures a few days earlier via Whatsapp, and the staff was nice enough to accept our request to do it on the spot instead. We were served by Julia, who provided great service too; very responsive to messages, polite and cheery. One of our friends accidentally locked himself out of his room, and the staff came to help within 5 minutes. The rooms were very comfortable, although our common toilet had a mouldy smell after we showered. Overall a pleasant stay.

The stay ended up great although during check in it was a bit unnerving hearing all complaints from other customers. The staff I should say handled those problems well with professional attitude. The place is great and near to big shopping places. I would give it another go next time around.

Nice and cozy apartment. Excellent location. Just 5min to Pavilion Mall. Clean and nice. Only downside is only 1 key/card access provided so both of us gave to go out and come back at the same time. Response from owner is very prompt and helpful too.

My wife and I have never stayed in apartment accommodation before but enjoyed staying at Dorsett residences in Bukit Bintang! Great location near shopping plazas and restaurants! Facilities are excellent, large rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. Great value for money, especially for families! One advantage with Coronavirus happening is that, one does not have to share space with large crowd in hotels!

The rooms are great but do take note that booking Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang by R&B are owned by agent hence you will need to wait for the staff to come for check in. Maybe Agoda should have indicate in the website or I might have missed read it.

Nice & Spacious apartment”
The apartment is nice and spacious with amazing view; we were staying on the top floor. However, we had issue with the common bathroom's water heater that caused a power trip. The water heater problem was fixed the next day. Cleanliness of the apartment is ok but can be improved. The air ventilation fan was covered in thick dust and the adjacent wall is black! The housekeeping came to clear the rubbish bin and change towel daily - that's a plus point but they did not vacuum the floor. Overall the apartment is nice with excellent location.
