Very good”

CP值高，離羅東夜市很近方便走路5分鐘就到，可是唯一缺點也是最大的問題，在商業混雜的大樓裏，空調整棟樓都是很濃的煙味，否則真的是很棒的一晚的選擇

火車族及自由行最理想的住宿地點”

離火車站丶羅東夜市很近，有停車位，週邊安靜，設備簡潔乾淨，重點是床很好睡，出來玩需要不就是這樣嗎？下次來羅東還是會選擇住米淇～

羅東夜市附近的商旅。很方便。 有很大的停車場方便停車。 房間不大，不過風格有質感。 非常乾淨。 洗髮精很好洗。詢問櫃臺人員， 居然裝ㄧ小瓶500ml送我。 超級開心！ 下次來羅東夜市，還會再住！ 4人房cp值太高了。

優點多於缺點的住宿”

優點: 房間乾淨、冷氣夠冷、水壓夠強、熱水夠熱、浴室乾濕分離、馬桶靜音沖水(可惜非免治)、插頭算多、離夜市很近、附近生活機能完善、停車場夠大。 缺點: 房間太小(但價格便宜，小一點可接受) 一進房有股KTV包廂會有的異味 有點像煙味又不太像，需要臭氧殺菌去除異味。 枕頭太軟，不太舒服。 適合輕旅行的住客，有行李箱的就不推。

入住前一小時訂房 房間可能因為不夠所以幫我們升比較好的房型 覺得很幸運。床旁還有小桌子 坐墊 可以坐在那休息看電視 浴室房間都很乾淨舒適 還有與超大平面停車場合作 免費停車 下次還會想去住 ！很棒的住宿體驗❤️

這個價位算不錯了”

浴室算寬敞，鏡子又大！女生會很喜歡～環境也乾淨！ 小缺點是大部分房間都沒有窗戶，希望可以標示清楚讓旅客知道，還有就是淋浴排水太慢了，洗個澡裡面都淹水，腳泡在水裡感覺不大好。 不過這個價位還附早餐，離羅東夜市又近，已沒啥好挑剔了。

當初只是為了會很晚到羅東隔天又必須早起出門而選擇相對便宜的旅店，雖然小小的，但維持的滿乾淨，以週五晚上而言算是性價比很高，推薦給其他相同目的的旅客～

飯店給了更差的房型，推三阻四才給換房。”

特地預定了較高價的16平方米高級雙人房，進房才發現被安排到13平方米標準雙人房，於是撥電話跟櫃檯反應。 第一位接聽的小姐說「房間大小是差不多的」「房間裝潢是示意」「我們房間是隨機安排」「高級雙人房有問題」，真的是聽不下去，我就問她是不是多花錢訂高級雙人房會被安排到標準雙人房？結果她就把電話接給第二位先生，他說「網站上的房間照片沒換」「不然我現在退妳全額」，我反問他那我現在是要去哪裡住？要說裝潢不同我也就算了，但你們不能收我高級雙人房的價格卻給我標準雙人房。於是才說可以幫我換到四人房。 就算房間乾淨又有停車場，對這裡的印象也已經差了。 住了一晚，走廊和房間都偶有煙味，房間的尤其明顯，不喜歡煙味的要注意。

作為過夜用還算乾淨舒適但要忍受煙味及安全性”

優點： 1. 臨時決定要到宜蘭，找不到房間，這裡的4人房意外平價。 2. 房間內的裝潢與設備都是新的，很怕有潮濕感還好沒有。 3. 浴室乾濕分離、熱水很熱、水量充足。 4.房間有全新的日立冷暖機不怕冷。 5. 早餐是用Line點餐，七點就可以去櫃檯領。（趕時間退房還不錯） 缺點： 1. 煙味頗重，傳訊給服務人員詢問有無除臭劑，沒人回覆，裝沒聽見。 2. 老舊大樓改裝，人身安全性跟消防安全不是狠可靠。 3. 開熱水時加壓器或馬達？會持續發出巨響，半夜的話很擾人。 4. 停車場需要走一段路，不是在大樓裡。 5. 電梯很像鬼擋牆，ㄧ直上上下下到不了一樓。
