They have a flexible policy, like: early check in and late check-out, breakfast is good. My children love to ride bicycle around garden. We will come back here next time. However, the hotel need to improve the shuttle bus schedule to meet guest demand of going to city center.

If you are looking for a calm and peaceful experience in the hills with nothing but nature around you, then this is the perfect choice for you in Da Lat. Some lovely walks on offer around the property as well as if being well connected to the nearby attractions such as the Tuyen Lam lake, Golf and the city. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place to stay with small children! The Resort is situated IN a pine forest, IT is just few Villas there so IT is not overpacked with people as the neighbouring resorts are. Great restaurant with a playground nearby. Perfect setup. Will be back!

The family room is within a villa so thebathroom is quite small for 4 adults (and only one bathroom). Other than that, things were super nice and staffs are friendly.

You are actually staying on a lake but it is surrounded with pine trees which makes it very difficult to see lake. Free shuttle runs to Da Lat, Airport and Golf Resort ⛳ with pool. This is quiet and peaceful place and surrounding area. This place is pretty far from City about 20Km so you shouldn't stay here more than 2 days or you will get bored (not much activities here other than looking a beautiful lake and mountains). There are good bikes to use for free but you will get tired quick because of mountains slops. Staffs are friendly and professional. Food is OK

Our room got an upgrade to a suite when we arrived. This was a nice surprise. The room was very large but felt a little bit cold with all white decorations. Breakfast was fine with different choices. The view from our room was the best of our stay as we could view the sunrise from the lake while hearing all the birds singing. It was a beautiful experience.

It was nice to extend our stay in Sam Tuyen resort from 1 to 4 nights, since the place is very peaceful, pleasant and the service nice and of quality. The premises and environment suffer slightly from a low maintenance level, but it remains in good standards. In addition, the restaurant is good but a bit expensive... You might want to go out of the resort for food... We loved to be immersed in the nature with some partial view on the lake, with many trees around, and for adventurous customer a wild access to the lake. After sunset there are many spots to enjoy fireflies. Without unrespectful neighbors on our last night there, our stay would have been perfect. I recommend.
