Responsiveness level from the staff makes your stay even better. They will entertain whatever requirement from the guest. For me, I'd made several request prior my check-in to Samsuria and each and every request had been fulfil by them and I know that they had perform their level best to ensure customer satisfaction are met. It was one of my pleasant stay there and surely it is not the last. The room, the beach, the pool, the food, the environment.... All was very nice and superb. I'm not fooling around with you guys out there. You should feel it before you can like it. It was a good place for family getaway.. Children friendly and they know what the best to offer to the guest. That the thing we want when we go for our vacation. SAMSURIA TEAM.. You guys are the best!! Kuddos!!

i had a sea view room apartment . Nice view but the kithchen was leakage and not so comfortable during the stay because wet all over the kithchen. Luckily the staff provide us with extra towel.

The apartment was spacious and very well kept. My family and i are very comfortable and enjoy our stay here. My kids love the swimming pool and the beach was splendid.. The view from our apartment also was very beautiful. We can see the beach from our window.. Probably will come here again..
