    wouldn’t stay here again”

    there was a constant smell of natural gas, they siding change the room even though i complained a couple times, the constantly woke me up at 8am to ask if i wanted laundry done, the check-in time was supposed to be at 3pm the room wasn’t ready until 3:45pm

    The staff is very friendly, they are very helpful. The hotel is clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, the lobby is very clean and there is a sitting area outside which is nice. You have taxis outside at the entrance most of the time, so we didn&#39;t have any problems catching a cab.
    The room was very small compared to what they posted online. In the living room, there was no tv, the stools were uncomfortable. There was only one remote control for 2 AC units, the AC unit in the bedroom had no fan control so it blasted the cold air at night which made you wake up from the cold, you could only turn it off, you wouldn&#39;t lower the fan speed. The bed was also very hard. The Pool was very small. Our room had many issues with the safe, each time we need to go, the safe malfunctioned and will not work, we had to call security and wait until they were done fixing the safe before we could go out.

    Great location, one of the best neighborhoods in town.
    Hotel has a big problem with black mold , they should do proper maintenance to the AC to get rid of it since it is bad for people health, including their staff who are exposed to it for long periods of time.

    The location.
    I did not like it, that I from the United States I made the reservation for an junior apartment, and when we arrived to the hotel they said It wasn’t correct, and I picked what was here in the app, and for 50 dollars less they gave us a room with two beds, every moment we had to ask for toilet paper all the time, super thin blankets. I was disappointed, they should know how to put the information in the app, plus the toilet seat was broken. I attach a photo.
