    hotel is very close to the ski lifts where you enter to the resort . the room was quite spacious and breakfast was ok.
    the room was really cold and the thermostat was not working . the bedsheets smelled bad .

    Very friendly staff, with good knowledge of the resort, for everything. Lovely clean comfortable beds and rooms. Only stayed a couple of nights, but would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
    Only down side was the hotel is at the lower part of the resort, and on an evening made for a little walk up hill, to the bars and restaurants. That wasn’t a problem during the day, as the ski lift goes down almost to the side of the hotel.

    Allesandro his wife and staff were so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Allesandro makes a fantastic moscow mule but be warned it has a kick.
    Not enough lighting or sockets in the rooms and the shower was like a trickle but the water was mainly warm . Shame you had to pay extra for pool and table football
