All the small details”
This is our very first time staying at any Evergreen hotels and I have to say it was fantastic. The fitness/pool area is well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were on the older end but everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean. I love the velcro on the blackout curtains to ensure no light shines through at the crack of dawn. Another thing was the real plant in the bathroom. Yet another is the sauna area, it's private and sex-separated, so you are butt naked in there. The sauna, steam room, and hot tub were wonderful. If you want to stay here, stay for at least two nights to really enjoy all the facilities and services that this hotel has to offer. We'll definitely book it again when it's on sale. haha

Exceeding Expectations ”
I was pleasantly surprised to find that they gave me a room up on their highest floor - 15th with a great city view! It’s a very nice floor. The room is called “Superior Room” and very spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. They have complimentary water, fruits, sodas, coffee & tea! What’s amazing is that the room has a copy machine and a nice Zojirushi hot water maker! That’s so awesome and unexpected! For the price (including breakfast) that I paid, it’s just unbelievably cheap since it’s a five star hotel. God is amazingly good!! Hallelujah!!!

Pro: The variety of breakfast choices and their good taste. The relaxing and comfortable hotspring and sauna. And many more sport facilities. Cons: In the evening on the day after checking out I felt irritated and itchy at my limbs and many red spots could be noticeable. I visited a skin doctor and was diagnosed as Bedbug bites. Otherwise this hotel is an interesting choice in Taichung.
