Clean &round the clock desk staff. They don't provide any type of kitchen ware period, so be prepared. Plenty of cabinet space and large refrigerator. No perks per say, but cleanliness & nice rooms.

Great location, near shopping and restaurants. However, they should have someone check the stairwell off and on for dog pee. I would also recommend they have a floor just for guests with pets as well.

Priced better than hotels in the area. Felt like an apartment complex instead of hotel. Close to shopping if needed. Traffic in the area was better than most locations.

The staff is nice & helpful and the room was ok with minor stains on carpet. The rooms could use better cleaning to the floors and tubs since I have found hair in several other rooms.

Not Good Wouldn't Stay Again”
Toilet wasn't working kept bubbling by ittself and wouldnt flush called front desk said they would send someone in the morning but in the meantime would find a plunger. Never did get the plunger and finally came the night before we checked out to check the toilet. Table unstable, right before they came to check the toilet a guy came I assume he was a manager or something consistently knocking on the door didn't give us a chance to get to the door. We were both sore. He tried to open the door luckily I had the lock on it. Very unprofessional. He could have called the room to let us know. No need to bang on the door like a maniac and opening the door. My wife had to cover herself. You cant just walk in on your guests. We are paying customers and reserved the room. To be interrupted on our stay like that made us feel uncomfortable never had that happen anywhere else I have stayed. Guess there is a 1st time for everything. Had to extend our stay without choice. Building says no smoking but people were smoking right in front of the door. Bathroom door kept closing lock on its own when we would enter the room. Had to use our house key to unlock it. Will definitely not be back.

Fleas in room”
After just night at this location I woke up to see small black dots on my bed's white sheets. I first thought it was just random lent but went I moved my hand toward them, they all jumped. The hotel allows pets and this room was infested with fleas or ticks. I notified the front desk and they moved me to a new room, but as soon as I opened my laptop in the new room a flea/tick jumped off my keyboard. I told the front office that I wanted a credit or refund, but all he offered was a regular price discount on 1 night. Both Extended Stay America Suite locations in Kennesaw are horrible. 1 has roaches and the other has fleas.

Disappointed ”
Free breakfast looked ALOT different than advertised. Had a big bug in my bed first night, had to change my own sheets. They’re very strict on getting extra blankets and towels. It’s not a bad hotel overall, just wasn’t the way it was advertised.
