I arrived late, was told that even though I paid for a week I mite not have a room. She said she would call me as soon as she knows. 20 mins later she called n said she got me back into my room n I could check in now. Above n beyond. T. Y.

Amenities not operational”
Upon entry the room’s floors were unswept and it had an odor of dog. I booked the room to have a working stovetop/ range so I could make a meal and have tea after a show. Though the fridge kept my ingredients cold, the range would not turn on. In addition, the bathroom sink did not drain. The staff was considerate and understanding and did what they could to redeem the situation so it would not be in issue for future guests.

Mediocre ”
Everything about this hotel is mediocre. My room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Their “breakfast” is more grab and go type breakfast - bland granola bars & muffins everyday. Which is why it’s nice having a kitchenette in the room! They also have an on-site laundromat- very convenient! This hotel is one of the better ones in this area of fife though. I’d prefer to stay here again instead of any surrounding hotels.

Dirty, smelly, cold!”
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We were in a non-smoking room but the rooms CLEARLY had been smoked in. The smoke detectors were obviously tampered with and there were ash trays in the room. When we walked into the building it stunk, then walking into our room we felt like we hit a wall of smoke and sadly, what smelled like pee. The appliances were very old, holes in the window screens, spatter of some kind on the ceiling, old sheets and again, cigarette smoke. Our room was just recently "cleaned" but when we walked in there was an empty Capri Sun laying on the bed. The location was sketchy and there seemed to always be someone out in the parking lot talking and/or yelling. Biggest take away; SMELLY and DIRTY! I will never stay here again. I would rather pay 10x the amount I spent here to stay somewhere clean. It was simply awful.
