On the third floor of an ancient building overlooking the market square, giving a marvellous view of life going on down below - the weekly market, people about their daily business, others out for a stroll. (There's a lift, so no problem with stairs.) Mine was a big, light, comfortable room with a spotlessly clean modern bathroom. Interesting books in the bedroom, impressive modern watercolours on the breakfast room wall and an exceptionally helpful owner. Breakfast was good too. I chose it because of its position , never imagining it would be so good in other ways too. "
