"Warm and cozy inside, I felt very comfortable in 5 nights. The hotel is close to Amadeo metro station(line #2), it is easy yto go several cities(Pompei and Salerno) and ou can reach most of Napoli's attractions by walking. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Surprised at great value. Must remind travelers it is on 4th floor. Has a lift and not hard to access, however there are a few stairs to go down to get the lift. Great place for breakfast a few steps from hotel"

"We booked the suite for 2 nights thinking we can have a sweet life while stuck in the hotel in Naples since were only there for embassy appointments and won't be able to really go out much anyway because of covid restrictions but it wasn't the case. After using the jacuzzi, tried showering but the shower didn't work so we had to shower in the jacuzzi while trying not to let water out. Also, wifi doesn't work in our room. And there's barely to no water coming out the sink faucet. The staff is amazing and very friendly though. "
