"We had a lovely stay in this well maintained and presented homestay in Sungai Lembing. It is set halfway up a hill with views or rainforest and running creek. The onsite staff are helpful & friendly. There are several common areas with tea, coffee basic snacks and safe drinking water station for free water. The twin room was clean, well maintained and had TV, Air conditioner and ceiling fan. Penny & Sam the owners were onsite when my son & I visited and as we had no transport (we caught the bus/es from KL TBS) kindly took us too lunch with their friends in the capital city of Pahang, Kuantan. We were then taken to the beautiful beach area of Teluk Cempedek and then onto the Gua Charas, Sivar Temple. Their hospitality was very kind and generous. I would suggest if you arrive by bus you look into hiring a scooter, which is available as some of the sites are of interest are 25klms away. Other wise you can walk into and around town to find interesting sites and restaurants."

"This is the brand new hotel which have Castle Outlook. Unique design, have a nice environment i.e. lake , canteen, karaoke room, museum, mini bar, BBQ area...etc. The owner is friendly and will bring you to visit around. Even the road to the castle was narrow, but it is easy to find the hotel if follow the road map provided. (Never follow Waze). This is a peaceful place and highly recommended for those enjoy relax trip. *** Friendly reminder: there are no petrol station in Sungai Lembing, therefore do pump your car with full petrol before enter into Village."

"It was a staycation - a good working set of 32 inch TV with HDMI is what we need the most - Super clean and modern looking, enough rooms - comfy and spacious inside, working airconds, provide free clean water (dispenser) and few instant coffee packs - Chilling porch area facing a hill - Chilling backyard, great feeling for gathering and chit chatting - Secluded, can blast loud music without getting complaints (a neighbour wasn't around and they rarely come back) - very friendly and informative host, who also provides tours. Guided us to find a good restaurant with shan shui tofu fa - not haunted, haha"
