"I was there for a group event and the Hotel was short staffed during our lunch - which I (and several others) paid for the baked potato bar, but the toppings were not refilled and so some of us literally had a baked potato - but had paid the same price as the people who got the toppings. Not a good experience.. "

"My husband and I were in Denton for my sons orientation at UNT. We checked in on a Sunday & checked out on a Tuesday. Monday while we were at UNT, I guess when housekeeping was in my room they changed the AC temp to 70, we left it on 66, this was irritating seeing how we were out in the 100 degree heat walking all over the campus. Also, above the shower the wall had 3-4 long black spots, looking like mold. Rather than just pushing the flusher handle to flush the toilet you had to hold it down till all the toilet water went down or it wouldn't flush. Then to top it off, on our last night there we are laying in bed watching tv on top of the covers when a black beetle looking bug crawled out from under the top sheet."
