"very few hotel staff understand English saw a rat in the room allotted to me. managed to get across to hotel staff to change room. hotel staff was helpful. when told that room was cold, they got us a portable heater. the staff of hotel is commendable. on the check out date we had to leave at 5.30am, they even got the kitchen staff to cook us breakfast. we declined as we were in a hurry to leave. city view is worth the money we paid. however, hope they can improve on the drainage of the bath tub."
