Perfect location, Clean & Large rooms”
We have stayed with our 10-months old baby-boy for three nights. Hotel’s location is definitely perfect for Florence, its located in the center of a triangle (Duomo, Piazza Signore, Ponte Vecchio). They have changed towels everyday which we seriously pay attention. Our baby-boy eats boiled-egg in his breakfast which is not on the breakfast menu, every morning we kindly asked the staff, and they were very heplful about this issue. In generally, breakfast could be richer. The hotels offers a relaxing area between 12:00-20:00, where you can have free coffee, buffet, tea. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Great for sight seeing”
Hotel location was fantastic, within 5 minutes walk of the Duomo, Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Rooms were spacious although bathrooms compact. Hotel was very clean and staff polite and helpful. The breakfast experience could be improved as it appeared that guests were always standing and waiting for the hot food and drinks to be replenished. However, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Florence.

Exceptional”
We stayed in the Prestige Suite with two middle school children. It was perfect with two bedrooms, two baths and a private hall joining the two. It is newly remodeled, amazingly comfortable and large. One of my favorite rooms ever. Step outside the hotel and you are in it to win it, a short walk to everything in central Florence with tons of shops and sights. Breakfast is great too, lots of variety and good coffee!

Nice sized rooms, great location”
Located nicely on the tourist street, the hotel haa big rooms for the price. Breakfast is adequate, but only problem is the shower area is very small. Beds are comfy

I think for the price we paid, which I know was greater than if we walked in off the street, they would have given us a room with a better view. We were looking over an alley. Therefore I will never book thru agoda again. I will book directly thru the hotel. Sorry!!

Excellent, except for the pillows ”
I recently stayed here and very much enjoyed everything about the hotel. The one issue was that while they have invested in lovely renovations, the pillows were seemingly old and hard as cement blocks and it really impacted my ability to rest. They had no other pillow options available. Disappointed as a luxury boutique hotel such as this should have better pillows, or at least an option to swap out for a feather pillow.

Ideal location in the center of the Florence tourist district”
Highly recommend this property, we would stay again in a heartbeat. Quiet, comfortable room, huge breakfast selection, centrally located. A little pricier than we would have liked, but we really got what we paid for so it was well worth it.

Location location and location”
My husband missed his handphone and just realized when we have already departed to Milan. They helped us checked around lobby and followed up with taxi driver that sent us to train terminal. They found and kept it until my husband picked it up. Actually they offered to mail the phone but it was public holiday so my husband preferred to go back from Milan to take the phone. They are really helpful and care about their customer problem. We will definitely go back there.

The room is beutiful , big bathroom , average breakfast but they have fresh fruit juces wich i liked , very helpfull staff , the locatin is between the main three yards (sites) .. only a minute walking from each square
