A very nice place to stay near Alona beach”
Friendly staff and owner. The grounds are peaceful and serene. I loved the local vegitation growing all around, even though your hotel neighbors are a few steps away it felt secluded- but not isolated. Nice, quiet, peaceful. The furnishing are basic but adequately comfortable (especially considering the price). The kitchen provisions enabled us to cook many meals for ourselves during our stay.

Lovely family hotel, great friendly host and staff, very clean bungalow, good tv good air con, great pool in very nice garden. Plenty of great places to eat and drink just up the road, a simple few minute walk to beach. Would recommend anyone to stay here

Perfect place to enjoy Alona Beach.”
The bungalow was spacious and very well equipped including a kitchen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is just a 2 minutes walk from the beach, but far enough to be very quiet. Each bungalow has it's private terrace. All the bungalow are situated in a big garden and has a very nice pool. we had a great stay here!

Everything is great! Great place, really helpful and lovely owner! Helped us book a private tour and was extremely nice! Brilliant pool area. Really good location - centrally located near Alona beach!! WiFi wasn’t great in the rooms, but worked perfectly fine outside in the more public areas!

My stay was great. Great kitchen option even though I didn’t use it. Staff were friendly. Cool old Spanish style look and feel. Felt like I was in an episode of Narcos. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Almost Perfect for Family Vacation/Trip”
It's a home away from home. The room is spacious and has everything. There's a medium sized pool. Ideal for longer stays where you can cook your own food and fill the fridge with your own staff. Be sure to wash your dishes and keep your smelly trashes since they don't collect garbage everyday. I seldom see their staffs but they are friendly when I met them at the area. I would suggest mini ref should be put inside the room for safety purposes of the foods stored inside, collect garbage everyday even not requested, gardens, landscapes and plants should be cared, maintained, cut and cleaned. 😊

A pleasant stay. Good services and a nice boss. Beautiful and well maintained facilities. Walk distance to Alona beach. Good restaurants nearby. To me the only con was that the AC facing to my bed. Too cold for a sleep.

an oasis in Alona Beach”
Perfect location, 5/10 mn walking to the beach and travel agencies, 3mn to restaurants and shops. Nice cottages and bungalows in a garden (quiet except the 1st bungalow near the street) with a real swimming pool No breakfast but you can prepare your favorite one as every cottage and bungalow has a small kitchen The owner (who lives here with his family) is really helpfull to help you arrange your tours Highly recommanded

Two nights a Flower Garden”
This was our first destination in the Philippines so I wanted a cozy place to relax with my family. The pool is great and the apartment is also spacious. The owner was very helpful when our toilet broke down. Else a nice budget-friendly place to stay for a few nights in Panglao. It is not a 5-star resort but better location, close to the center a lot of restaurants around.

Although the pictures show a much cleaner newer facility than the reality it was still a clean and quiet and peaceful place to stay, walking distance from Alona beach. A fairly well-equipped kitchen with 2 bedrooms and a loft, but one of the bedroom is off of the loft which might not be as private as you would like.

It is closed to the alona beach, nice house, with cooking equipment. The only issue is a little bit noisy around, dogs/ Cat/rooster are “calling” you midnight or early morning...

Tourist hotel, with a nice pool”
Ok nice cottages, simple furniture, but good enough, bathroom ol size, enough (hot) water,small veranda with two chairs and a table, and a small kitchen, with gas oven, fridge, watercooker, plates, cups glasses etc. Have to mention the minibar, cheaper prices than in the minimarked. We stayed here one week, and we had a great time, very friendly host. We will stay there again, if we return to Alona beach
