        Only 10 minutes' drive from Latina, Foro Appio Mansio Hotel is a historic post house once used on journeys to and from Rome. It offers an outdoor swimming pool. Every room is different.         We chose this property as was close to a museum we wanted to visit. I also picked it because it had a pool.
        On arrival we were informed we had to pay extra to use the pool which wasn’t clear when booking. The pool was green and dirty. The grounds in general were un loved and looked tatty. There was a wedding at the venue the night we stayed and we again were not informed of this or the fact the music etc would go on late.
