Love EVERY aspect of the details taken to make a guest feel comfortable.Let's put it this way - When l walk into a hotel room. This is what l do. Check the toilets - all ticked. One pt to note, the shower stall door, was the perfect fit, no water leaking out onto the floor outside. Check the Cupboards and shelves. Perfect spaces to put your luggage on. (Most of the time, you end up on the floor) Aircon worked like a dream (no struggle to adjust the temp). Bed was nice and comfy.. And the location right at the peripheral of the city centre away from traffic noise and jam. Good value for money. This will be my go-to hotel anytime l go back to Penang.

The hotel is new. Check in and check out fast. The management and the staff are superb 👍. They are very friendly, warm, and amazing people. They will greet you with a smile when they see you. They will suggest places to visit and recommend restaurants for dining. The location is walking distance to tourist spots. The room is spacious, spotless clean and bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is strong. The air con is silent and cooling. The breakfast is delicious too. Once again thank you everyone for making our stay so pleasant and wonderful. Great Hotel, Great Team”
Hotel and room are very clean, bed are comfortable and air cond is good. Breakfast is good enough, food being replenished fast, fried cabbage tasted good. I’m very particular in choosing hotel especially when I travel with children, glad that I have made this fabulous choice. My son left his favourite toy which I realised only the next day. With very slim hope, I called up the hotel. They immediately circulated the info to all staff via their chat group. After a few days, they called me up that they have finally found it!! They have driven extra miles to ensure customer satisfaction, which we truly appreciate it. Thumbs up for the management and team!

Overall everything was in accordance to my preference when it comes to hotel stay during my tiring work trip to Northern States. Room was clean, check in was easy, Aircondition is working as it should as the weather is scorching hot out there, strong shower with proper bathroom lighting, bed was comfy with some nice cosy view too. The only downside was a VERY STRONG UNWELCOME CIGARETTE SMOKE ODOR (30.12.2021 @ 9:00pm) chocking the entire 6th floor till it’s even noticeable inside my room. The management should barred such guests from staying there which might jeopardize the comfort other guests. You kick one ghost out, you get more angels coming back.

I went there with a group of friends and booked for family suite. I didn't expect the room will be that big. Can fit up to 6 persons, I don't have any regret booked this hotel. The room consists of 2 king bed, a sofa, also got iron & ironboard (so much easier), hairdryer and toiletries. The room is neat & clean. The staffs were very helpful, this hotel don't have private parking, so the staff asked me to double park & give him the key so that if there is any available parking, he will help to park the car. Very recommended for those who still looking for hotel worth money spend!

This is a great hotel to stay. Staff were helpful and courteous. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable, and this is just amazing for the price paid. We even get a upgraded room for our 2nd night stay. Thank you v much😊 Location is superb. Restaurants and eateries are everywhere around this hotel, all are walking distance. Breakfast is great, tasty and sufficient selections. Superb stay, and hope the level of service will be maintained.

Terrific place! Loved our stay here in Family suite which accomodated us comfortably for 3 adults, 2 teenagers & 1 toddler. My mom (senior citizen) were so happy, thats a big deal! Spacious, spot clean and super stylish. I might be biased, I love grey! The staffs were genuinely friendly. Location wise its pretty strategic to access to key hot places, in fact few famous Tau Sar Piah shops were just a stone a way. Totally will stay here again, highly recommending this place to unwind after all that food hunt and travelling.

Superb Stay!”
I really enjoyed my stay here. It was so accessible for my father whom uses walking stick as his support to walk. He was given a room opposite to our room considering his condition. Moreover, staff was so friendly and the breakfast served, was fantastic. Minimal vary of breakfast but fantastically arranged. I love this hotel and everything is nearer to this hotel. Spectacular clean and felt it as home. Will consider this hotel once again and will book here often. Keep up a good job guys!

What's not to like”
This gets a full 5-star rating. It's a new hotel with very spacious rooms. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. In room safe, refrigerator, tea and coffee supplied and the electrical outlets even have built in USB charging ports. The staff is all smiles and very friendly. Breakfast is adequate and it's in a good location with many food choices nearby. I'll definitely be staying here again. It is a few $ more than other options but it is a great value for the money. Two thumbs up!!

Comfy and modern design ”
Stayed for one night. Room is spacious, booked premium king. Got heater, hairdryer and iron with board. Bed is comfy, for people with backpain like me, I find it easy to sleep at night. Noises from room hallway can be heard quite loud, soundproof abit off for me. Toilet clean and nice. Smell abit outside shower area (toilet and sink area) but bearable. Toiletries provided by the hotel. Overall pleasant stay. Location strategic, parking based on luck. Will repeat next time come to penang!

Thank you Frame Hotel and all staff for making my stay an awesome and comfortable one! Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was simple but so delicious. Just nice for a light warm meal to wake the stomach up before heading out to try the famous food in Penang. Staff are always welcoming and greeting you with sincere smiles which made my 1st solo trip a very memorable one. Cant wait to come back with my family!

I have a perfect stay here with my mom and aunt. The location is perfect and near to hawker center. The facilities are so good. I booked a room for 3 and we got a perfect room! The room is so spacious for 3 and the most important is the room and the bath are so clean! The breakfast was also good. Definitely will stay here again if I come to Penang again.

Cleanliness up to standard”
Top standard of cleanliness, value for money. Location near a lot of famous Penang Food. (Red hat auntie Char Koay Teow), New Lane Food stall etc. I made a special request of buying a birthday cake to surprise my girlfriend, the hotel staff did the extra mile with the great service, although i've seen better service like singing a birthday song to us upon opening doors in to our room at Batam. Nonetheless, i still appreciate what they did for us and service is good :)

The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay at the Hotel! They were easily approachable to ask for suggestions on where to travel to during our stay in Penang and were quick to respond to queries too. The hotel is also well located with hidden gems (places to explore) around the vicinity of the hotel. The room was well-kept, spacious and clean too, hence it was a really comfortable stay at the Frame Hotel :)

Firstly, this hotel is new and located in a strategic location in Georgetown. I had a pleasant stay here for 3 nights, environment is cozy and the hotel room is spacious and come with everything you need, most comfortable restroom i ever had in Penang, perhaps the water pump pressure could increase stronger and that would be perfect! The owner Qi Xun and the entire team are absolutely friendly & very much helpful, I will definitely come back again in near future! ☺️

We stayed 6nights and were very satisfied. Great staff (sorry I only get to know Vc 😅) and all the other staff are also very friendly and attentive and providing great services. Very clean facility. Hotel has great sound proof, we all slept throughout the night despite heavy rain in the night and only realised the next morning when we saw the wet road.

The room is big for 2king and 1single bed. The room is neat and clean, including sofa and fridge and big bathroom of course. Very recommended for big family to stay. In front the main road is New World Park food court. You can have the nice Penang Hokkien Mee and Jawa Mee also 80years Bangkok Lane Mee Goreng. MBPP Parking lot just beside the hotel along the road

PERFECT”
5 star facilities & cleanlineass with 3 star hotel price! It’s very clean, the mattress & pillow are comfortable. One thing that amaze me, they include shaver in their amenities which even some 4 star hotel doesn’t provide. Too many pros, the only cons is the parking is limited & we need to install the Perbandaran penang Apps for parking payment.
