"Awesome, excellent, amazing, superb. The house has all the facilities right from iron, dryer, washing machine, hairdryer, kettle, fridge, etc etc. The two bedrooms were amazing. NEWLY built and furnished with the most sophisticated idea and furnishers. Excellent. We enjoyed the stay. beautiful. I wish I can upload the video here. Negative:- 1. No wifi. When I confronted, they claim the wifi is down due to some rain issues. So I was given DIGI broadband with charges of RM10 per day. 2. Upfront deposit of RM150.00. Again, I wasn't aware of this as Agoda didn't alert us. 3. Location. I knew what I was signing up, so no complaint, but just be aware that it is under the hill. Genting hill is 20 mins away drive. "

"It was a pleasant and enjoying stay as it is a new establishment. Staffs at this vicinity strive to do their best in ensuring that you enjoy your stay despite it being approximately 20 minutes from Genting Highlands. Thanks to Aaron who came to the rescue by making necessary arrangements to pick up my family consisting of in-laws as all of us were stranded at Genting Premium Outlets because it closes at 10PM (after my call to him). Well done Swiss-Garden Hotels & Residences Genting Highlands!"
