Hotels with free car parking in Xitou

"The Xitou Bus has a stop at the hotel, so it was easy to get there. We took a family room for our family of three, stayed on the 10th floor and had a great view of the mountains from our room. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the Xitou Nature Reserve but it's great to take a walk up in the morning, takes about 30 minutes. The Nature Reserve was the highlight of the trip, with its beautiful forests and fresh air. The hotel provides some DIY activities e.g. painting and cookie making to keep guests occupied in the evenings. Our only complain is the service attitude of the staff: we went for our walk around lunchtime on our first day there and asked if she could drive us to carpark 2 where the eateries were located, but she was reluctant and claimed that traffic was busy there and not convenient to drive there, made us walk about 10 min to carpark 2 in the rain. Certainly not the kind of service we expect from Taiwanese hotel staff as we have had great experiences at different hotels during the rest of our trip. "

"Booked this hotel last minute and loved it a lot. It's about 20 min walk to the Xitou nature reserve. Room is big and comfortable. The concierge is very friendly, helped to arrange for shuttle service to Xitou bus interchange. There is a spa like the Japanese onsen at the basement. Will stay here again if we visit Xitou, which is a very scenic area with nice hiking trails. "

The room was clean, roomy and comfortable, close to xitou recreation centre and monster village, breakfast was excellent(inclusive) execellent staffs, all together pay for a rated 3* hotel but stayed in a 4*+ hotel (my ratings).. value for money plus a high quality stay...highly recommended."
