This is the most honest review I can come up with and it is going to be long considering the issues I faced here. Firstly, the staff was very rude! Occasionally, they kept passing jokes and comments in Vietnamese on me as well as a random traveler who came after. If the owner of this property is reading this review, you definitely need to change your staff, the morning and afternoon staff to be precise. Don't let the interior and pictures of this room fool you. The location is the worst, the area is very shady. Only the interior design of the room was decent, rest, the bathroom had cigarette butts, the sheets were dirty, there was no hot water. Additionally, there were many insects and mosquitoes in the room as well as near the bed. Only 1 out of the 4 charging plugs were working in the room, the AC felt 10 years old which hardly released any cold air. This hotel is only used commonly by locals for 2 hours for you-know-what. I don't know why Agoda has promoted this property when it clearly isn't what it has been displayed and falls way below the standards of even an average hotel.

It’s unbelievable that this hotel can sell rooms everywhere. Room is totally different from the photos . Everything in the room is dirty and about to fall apart. Water leaks, wifi not working, tv not working either. We checked out after 1 hour check in . We’d rather losing money than suffering from this annoying hotel. Staff is not helpful at all. Don’t believe in the photos on the website. This one is a big liar! Totally waste of money!

Es war meine erste Reise zu diesem Land. Die Bilder des Zimmers sind nur reine Abbildungen einer Illustration, Vortäuschung und stimmen weder mit dem Preis, noch mit dem Zimmer überein ... Dieses Problem wurde auch schon von vielen anderen Hotelgäste beschrieben und bewertet als Enttäuschung... und trotzdem nicht behoben. Wäre ich der Besitzer dieses Hotels, hätte ich die richtige Bilder des richtigen Hotelzimmers mit dem richtigen Preis gleich angepasst, um solche Probleme, zu beseitigen, weil ich damit lebe und sterbe. This hotel is a cheater. I already paid at the hotel but now they said I didn’t show up and charged my credit card. Remember to get the receipt at the hotel when you book the hotel online. The service was terrible, smelled so bad, unfriendly staff. Bạn nào định book cái ks này thì chú ý nó chỉ cho ở có 2 tiếng đồng hồ, trả tiền ở ks rồi mà nó vẫn trừ tk visa của mình vì mình quên lấy biên lai khi thanh toán tiền ở ks. Ks hôi rình luôn, ko hiểu tại sao Agoda lại có thể cho một ks tồi như vậy sử dụng web để quảng bá.
