I was in Taiwan for 16 nights, staying at 7 different hotel. The best hotel I love the most in Taiwan so far. New , modern design, great facilities, nice shower, best location, only the car park have to pay as hotel doesnt has own car park, but you can still get a great deal from Hotel. Walking distance to close by local food, night market, morning market. No matter day or night, you will found everything you want by walking distance. love the food map created by the hotel, but the most me and my family love were the customer service provided by the staff , xiao weng and xiao chen who working at the night shift. They will provide more than you asking on information of help which really impress us. they did a really good job on recommend and arranging my dad birthday dinner as it was weeked and everywhere fully book. We couldnt thank you them enough on their kindness and great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friend who coming to Tainan.

Worth the money ”
Mostly everything is good about this hotel except the bathroom where there is a clear glass panel separating the beds and the bathroom. Although there is a curtain but the curtain is located at the bedroom side so the person in the bathroom cannot open or close the curtain which makes me very uncomfortable to shower when there are people in the room. I had to ask everyone to leave the room when I wanted to shower. Hope the hotel can do something about that. Apart from that everything else is good. You can even do laundry for free and they provide refreshments from 2pm-11pm everyday.

Modern chic hotel ”
FX hotel is a rather modern chic hotel. From the lobby to the lifts to our room, the color scheme, the furnitures, and the decoration have been thoughtful designed. Simple and elegant are the words to describe it! Staff speak good English and helpful. The location of FX is only 10 minutes walking to all eating places, famous sight seeing and the biggest wet market in Tainan. The only weakness I would say is that if the cleaning job can be more thorough. Then it would be a perfect score!!

The room was relatively big size and comfortable for a double room. There were a sofa, Bluetooth speakers, big-size TV screen, nice coffee table, beautiful furniture, and switches at both sides of a comfy bed. Can view the city from high-floor room but have to keep the window closed as outside the window is a corridor from emergency exit. The hotel starts from the 8th floor, where the reception lobby, breakfast cafeteria and gym are located. Tainan is a kind city, highly recommended!
