Perfect for relaxation and fun”
My friend and I stayed at Galleria 12 and absolutely loved it! We both just wanted a relaxed and chill holiday and that's what we got. My friend and I had booked a standard double room each. The room is spacious, clean, modern, well maintained and they have built-in travel adaptors (something I always appreciate). My favourite part about the room was the bed. It is so big, comfortable and warm. The hotel's location is awesome! It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest train station and Terminal 21 shopping mall. The hotel provides a Tuk Tuk that takes you closer to the main road to save you a bit of time. The best thing about the hotel was hospitality by far. My friend and I felt like we were taken care of and it wasn't just us that were being treated so well. I felt like the staff had a passion for hospitality, especially Cookie, Banana and Sammy. Sammy is the manager who genuinely wants to make sure everything is great and he goes to great lengths to make sure this is achieved

We really enjoyed our stay at Galleria 12. Reception staff are welcoming and the overall ambience of the place is friendly and relaxed. The Studio G rooms were nice and comfortable and clean and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was good. Complimentary tuk tuk to and from Sukhumvit Road 10 out of 10, so handy and convenient. Would definately stay at Galleria 12 again.

Big room, good location, good breakfast”
The location is excellent, very close to Sukhumvit and the BTS stations. The room is very nice, big and the bed is comfortable. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it wasn't big, but still, there was everything we needed (fruits, bread, omelet, coffee).

We were surprised that there is 24 hrs Tuk tuk service! the cool standard room is big enough for our family, the facilities is good enough for us. The staffs are so helpful to help us take the luggage and contact our grab car driver. Thank you all of you. only one thing of improvement is the bath room. It is necessary to heat the hot water around 10 minutes and there is some water leakage from the door of the shower room. Finally, I will book your hotel again next time!

Hotel is clean, comfortable and the location is absolutely amazing. Right next to Korea Town and near Terminal 21. This hotel is quite nice especially for the price. We enjoyed breakfast each morning for 199 baht as well.

The hotel is in a great location, just off Sukhumvit road so no noise. The staff are some of the friendliest I have come across in Thailand. The room was spotless and well equipped with possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in for a long time in Thailand. I will be making it my go to hotel for any return trips and would recommend

Stayed at Galleria for 4 nights. The hotel is located quite deep down the road of Soi 12 where you can either walk to the main road or use the complimentary buggy services provided by the hotel. They would then drop you off near the main road. You can also call the buggy to pick you up from the main road on your return trip. The breakfast spread was okay. The staffs were friendly and speaks english. The Asok Station is just a walking distance away connected to Terminal 21 Mall. Convenient. The housekeeping made sure your room is spot clean when you return after a long day. Love the clealiness.

We came at late night, but the staff was so helpful thus we can check in hassle free and rest better..location is the most value for money and they have 24 hours tuktuk ride to drive u to the main road..the room is so spacious, we stayed in 2 studio rooms with connecting door, it was superb..will definitely come back..

Stayed here many times when in BKK. Clean, comfortable, modern hotel. Did not have breakfast. 5 minute walk down street to Sukumvit. Near Asok, Nana, Terminal 21, and soi Cowboy. Highly recommended.

Comfortable 1st night Sha plus stay”
Stayed here for the first night of the test and go program. Great communication with a hotel staff in regards to testing. Transfer from airport was on-time when I arrived at the airport. The room was great, it was clean. I think the bed and pillows were new, so made for a very comfortable sleep. Enjoyed the breakfast provided with the hotel test and go package. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Hotel is in quiet Soi 12 but a fair way down. No issue as 24x7 shuttle service to Sukhumvit road. Not much in the street as far as restaurants bars or shops. Rooms are spacious and most staff are really helpful. One surly shuttle driver. Great value for money. Would stay again.

Great location near many restaurants and lots of shopping. It's a great value for your money compared to the large hotels located near by. They have a lovely rooftop pool. Just down a side street from the main drag and conveniently located near BTS and metro.

Kind staff, clean rooms and great location. Pay the extra few Baht for a Cool Room overlooking the pool. The lowest priced room can be a little dark.

Great Hotel marred by unsavory company”
This hotel is great in every way except that unfortunately the price ticket attracts low class travelers. Half of the occupants during our stay had escorts and were loud and obnoxious. However the staff are lovely. We had a couple of issues with our lights in our room, and they fixed each promptly. Few little things missed when cleaning the room (like shower gel, hand towels etc) but overall we enjoyed our stay very much and for the price would probably stay again.
