We had a wonderful time. Beautiful unit to stay. Super clean. Check in and out was smooth even though peak school holiday time. Shower was hot but it was not for a long time and it will get cold very fast. So we had to wait between 10-15 mins gap before each of us can bath with hot water. Probably can have a better shower system. No carpet on the floor and the tiles were so cold to put our feet on. Suggest to put at least a small carpet in the living room. Parking was secured and good spot near to lift. TV channels can be improved as there was not much option except for some local channel and was super boring. We loved the swimming pool and there was so many restaurants at walking distance for eating. Everything else was good and we will definitely come again. Highly recommended.

The apartment was squeaky clean, equipped with cooking utensils, pans & pots, iron & ironing board, washing machine, towels, body wash, hair dryer, hot shower.. even both kitchen sink & bathroom sink have hot water, just like in UK .. def worthy. Check-in & check out was seamless. Our parking lot just across the entrance to our aparment. Location wise; lots of restaurants (including halal restaurants) nearby. Speedmart & 7e.. just 8-10minutes walking. My only suggestion, is to provide guideline on how to use washing machine & stove. The rest are ALL GOOD. Recommended! Esp if u r coming with families. Price per night reasonable.

Junior Suite with Balcony ”
When we stepped in, we were shocked! It was so pretty! Everything looks clean and it was a very comfy stay. The check in process wasn’t that bad, just give them a call when u arrive and they’ll whatsapp u the guide. Make sure u park at the right spot and don’t be like me haha. The only downside is that it’s quite noisy at night due to the construction at that moment but ig it’s just the room that we got. The view was okay, didn’t really use the balcony that much cause of the construction. Overall, loved it! Was a bit worried cause of the reviews that we read but thank god it was okay!

The room is spacious and clean without any bad smell. Essential amenities included hair dryer, shampoo & body wash, towel, cooking utensils, microwave, etc are provided. Parking space is spacious and convenient. Great location with just 10mins drive away from GPO, 20mins away from First World Hotel. There’s a drive-thru Starbucks 3mins drive away from the residency, perfect to get a hot drink in the cold weather. Definitely worth staying!

This is my 2nd time renting here. The location is strategic that can made us need to use cable car to go to the genting highland theme park. near with market, room are so clean, cooking utensils are complete, bed sheets so clean, room is cold, so convenient during our staycation. iron and hairdryer are also provided. swimming pool not open yet. this is one of my favorite place to stay if i went to GH

Check-in and stay @ 2 different locations but nearby. Good location (restaurant, Starbucks nearby, Genting PO 10min drive, Genting Highlands 20min drive). Room is very clean, nice view and quiet. Well equipped. Worth the value. Highly recommended!!! They last min changed unit but gave us two bedrooms type + 2 futons. The futons looked thin but very comfortable!

Love my stay here! 2 room, for parents and us (siblings). everything was amazing, comfortable, convenient. there’s a lot of food stalls nearby, apartment with wifi, and tv with laptop cable (you can watch movies too!). got swimming pool too. thank you, we’ve enjoyed our stay ☺️✨

Parking so easy to exist and most important is safety even though we came quit late. Not to worries for food, so many restaurants around place. Overall is nice to bring family to stay

Love the studio unit. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable & well maintained. Everything looks new - furnitures, sofa & bed all looks new. The mattress is extremely comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, water boiler, induction stove, microwave oven for simple cooking. Will definitely stay here again. The check in staff is very helpful & friendly.

Unexpected big space, have balcony that can see nice view, staff are helpful. At first i cannot find the way to the residence, but just whatsapp them and they will send u a pdf instruction. You can call them too, they pick up and guide you with patience. Space is big and clean, overall looks quite new

Everything was perfect during our stay. Location is very close to everything you need. I love the bed and the pillows! Weather is perfect! Host is very accomodating which gives us free ride going to and back to the cafe while we are waiting for the check in time, that does not include in the package. We really love the ambiance, and the view of the mountain top makes it amazing! Love to be back on my next visit to Genting. Would recommend to family and friends.

Great place to stay! although no balcony but view is very good, can see genting hill from room and living room. living room has 2 queen bed ( no aircon ) and bedroom has 1 king bed room with aircon, clean and comfortable.

Feels like home”
The check-in procedure was relatively fast and deposit RM200 required by cash. To go up inside the parking to different floors is confusing at first but you will find out soon enough on how to maneuver around. Good thing is the parking lot is located the same floor as the unit you are staying at which makes it convenient. Unit is furnished sufficiently as if your own home with proper kitchen for cooking, washing machine and long balcony. Plus it is about 5-10mins drive to GPO and many food options around this area.

A nice stay. Spacious, nice balcony, clean & tidy, utensils ready. Like the facilities like swimming pool, sauna, walk path, gym. Suggestion for improvement: 1. Check in counter may not able to cope guest check in during peak hour. May consider split the check in time to 2pm and 3pm. Since guest need to check out by 12pm, so having half of the check in guest check in at 2pm should not be an issue. 2. The water heater is unstable. Sometime it can be very hot, but sometime without any heat. Maybe a clear instruction is required for operate the water heater. 3. The toilet tissue rolls very thin. Though provided 2 rolls, it may not even match one full size toilet tissue roll. 4. Pillows have some smell. Any other things that are not mentioned above are really good. Thanks

Everything like home, very comfortable to stay, have water heater and everything is good. Location is good, easy to find restaurants and 99speedmart is beside. Only check in service need to go other building but is very near by car. Security is safe here because all the way need pass card and the pass card can go ur floor and facilities floor only. Kettle, microwave, hair dryer, plates and cooking stuff, washing maching+drying (2 in 1) are provided. It's so good to stay as own home. Thank you for gave me a king size bed from my request. Nice view day n night time! We have genting highland view from our room. Staff service is goos when checking in & out. I will be back next time!

It's not easy to get rooms for 5 adults with affordable price and this one is a gem. It's clean with kitchen equipped with all the utensils. There is washing machine + dryer too. Bathroom has hot and cold water. The view is facing Genting & it's scenic.

It’s worth it to stay in here even I’m quite anxious after reading some comments. I would say that all the equipments are enough and excellent. Just a reminder you need to take the keys at the Swiss-Garden Hotel. The lobby at behind of the hotel and it’s not far from Geo 38. It’s on the right and the Geo 38 is on the left. Don’t worry much because there are signs for every hotel. Just use google maps! :)
