I arrived, called number and lady let me in via pass code. Room had a little mold smell, common with concrete, but turned in the AC and was fine. Toilet paper, shower gel, towel provided. Blanket a little thin but like my because easier to wash. Washing machine on site but unsure if you can use. No issues - basic room.

Cheap, clean, comfortable and secure environment plus provided with one washing machine. Administrator is also very efficient and fast replies. But not very sound proof. However, overall it's value for money.

Strategic location near to mcdonalds and shopping complex. Room is clean but a bit smelly. Very Thin towel and blanket. I got one family room for RM61. Parking is limited

The girl from the reception did not say anything no introduction, only my room Number and pointed to go there. I had to go back to ask about the wifi and stuff. Not very welcoming. The bed was the size of a half mattress + two cushions to make it a little ‘softer’. After two nights my back was totally done with sleeping on such an uncomfortable bed. Besides, the bed sheets smelt so bad that I used my own blanket. The room was clean but really small. Happy the aircon worked good. It was pointed to the bed so my throat didn’t like it that much... the location was great and some nice things to see near by. Like the streetfood market around the corner.

1. The blanket is too small and thin 2. The painting on the wall peel off 3. The toilet door was made of neilon sheet which is not convenience, when u bath, the cold air will flow into the bathroom 4. No sound insulation whereby the door is made from plywood, still can heard noise from outside (baby crying) 5. No safe carpark, need to parking your car opposite the shophouse 6. Smoking will flow from outside of the room 7. No window for the room

Sesuai untuk penginapan budget, Proses check in/check out ringkas dan mudah, layan diri kerana tiada sesiapa di kaunter, cuma berhubung melalui telefon no yang dipaparkan. Lokasi di tengah bandar, berdekatan dengan Wisma Sanyan, banggunan tertinggi di Sarawak. Parkir ada di sekitar, berbayar jika hari bekerja. Jika menggunakan kenderaan awam, juga berdekatan Stesyen2 Bas, Ekspress ferry, teksi dll. Bilik tidak disediakan TV, hanya untuk berehat dan tidor.

出入很方便，客戶也很安靜。但我住的房間天花板一大片的水印發出的臭味讓我們頂不順。還有就是地點也很模糊，打车找不到正確的地址。
