We got the beach front which was one of the most expensive. The room was majorly outdated and packed with insects. It was great to be close to the beach but not worth the cost and distance from Pier.

Exceptional”
Having travelled around Thailand for over 1 month already, this hotel was our best yet and brilliant value for money. We stayed in a sea view bungalow which was spotless, probably the nicest place we have stayed so far. Great location, our room was near enough on the beach, safe walk to local bars but far enough away for it to be quiet. Breakfast was included which was great, we were given a menu each morning with a full list of items to pick from. Free pick up from the ferry pier, free beach towels in room, tv, good air con, only downside was not great WiFi. Highly recommend to anybody!!

Very nice hotel ! ”
The hotel is greatly located on the beach, not far from the center where you stil can go by foot. The staff is very nice, they answer quickly to your emails (Logan) and give you all the information you need. There is also free pick up at the pier. The restaurant is offering good food and drinks. There is a snorkeling spot just a few meters on the right side of the beach. Rooms are clean (I had a classic bungalow : n°28) and bungalows are charming. Finally there is a yoga studio within the residence where I took classes everyday (about 300 bath each class). Only negative point : I did not have wifi in my room, but I could get it in the lobby or in the restaurant/beach. In conclusion we really liked this hotel and would definitely recommand it !

I went to Koh Tao and after some days there was a storm coming, I had to stay more days then I intended and got a good price to rent a bungalow for my extended stay if I wished. I really liked the resorts manager, helpful and friendly. The bungalows were ok, near the beach with restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the Yoga classes on site - twice per day once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Breakfast was ok - wished they had a bigger selection of thai food for breakfast instead of eggs and bacon. Overall I am happy with my stay here, I cant blame the weather on the resort :):)

The good thing in this hotel is quality of room (ac). The fan rooms are really really small. Also cleaning ladies are professional and nice. EVERYTHING other is bad. Hotel is not in the main area so you have to walk. Or swim, becouse road not exist. Everything is destroyed by floods. Even restaurants are closed. It sounds strange but prepare to walking in 20cm mud everyday. It not daily problem, its regular. Hotel has beach, around 80cm of it. So dont thing u will EVER lay on the beach. Around hotel are building sites so expect drilling from 8am. On the beginning reception was trying to explain us that we didnt buy agoda room with breakfast so everyday 200bht/person or we can go other place (of course there is no other place close). After all suddenly our agoda offer appear it had breakfast. Ehh poor scam try. Massage in the hotel. Promo from 12 till 3pm. 20% off. Great! Want it! No no. Only foot and only if u take one hour .. Look for another place. Really

Ganz ok”
Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Meerblick für zwei Nächte gemietet. Das Meer konnte man allerdings nur von der Ecke der Terrasse aus sehen. Wer einen Meerblick will sollte auf die Zimmernummer achten. Bungalow Nr. 01 sehr gut. Bungalow 02-03 gut. Bungalow 04 ok. Wir hatten Nr. 05 (ab hier ist es den Aufpreis nicht mehr Wert)! Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten AC, einen Safe und sogar Strandtücher die wir nutzen konnten. Auch die Reinigung der Zimmer war sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Personal eher neutral bis unfreundlich (außer an der Rezeption). Ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück das man angeblich ab 8 Uhr bekommt. Das heißt hier allerdings, dass ab 8 Uhr damit begonnen wird die Tische und Stühle auf der Terrasse herzurichten. Frühstück ist dann frühestens ab halb 9 zu erwarten. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Lage am Stand. Abends kann man hier tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das kann man aber auch wenn man nicht hier wohnt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für uns nicht ok. Wir hatten schon deutlich günstigere Bungalows mit freundlicherem Personal! Wir sind dann nach 2 Nächten ein paar Straßen weiter gezogen.

Uma lástima”
Fui colocada num bangalô cm porta sem tranca, fechada com um cadeado simples - e em cima do ESGOTO. Acesso sem iluminação, cheio de buracos, fedendo à morte por causa do esgoto. Tive que passar por um tremendo stress depois de 2 dias hospedada naquele horror para me trocarem de bangalô na ultima noite, o que estavam se recusando a fazer por se tratar de um bangalô localizado mais próximo à rua. Jamais fiquem nesse local, é horrível, staff grosseiro, rude, sem a menor vontade de fazer o mínimo pelo hóspede.

随分前から予約し ていて、何度も英語で確認していたのに、タオ島に着いた港。ホテル送迎に待たされる４５分。 それよりも酷いのは、 島から移動する早朝。ホテルから港までのトランポは有料で４００バーツと。 それも船の時間より、とても早い。 当日、スェーデンの女の子たち３名と一緒。 いくら支払ったのかを聞いたら各１００バーツ。 そして彼女達が乗る私より早いボートの時間に合わせての港入り。 ３００バーツ＝１３００円で、自分のプライドを捨てる 英語べらべらの頭のよいフロントのおばはん！ お前にドネーションしてやる！

Hotellet tar ingen som helst hänsyn till sina gäster, ett partyhotell för ungdomar! Glömde hämta vid piren, svarar inte på mail, otrevligt bemötande och oflexibla vid frågan om uppgradering av rum. Oerhört högljud beachbar med event till 01.00 på natten utan information till oss som skulle försöka sova 5 meter från baren och högtalaren. Tack ändå till killen på frukosten som varnade oss så att vi kunde fråga om vi kunde byta rum sista natten. Kommer aldrig rekommendera Goodtime till någon.

Badtime not goodtime. ”
Nr 1 dom svarar inte på mail. Nr 2 dom glömde hämta oss på piren som överenskommet så vi fick ringa och påminna. Nr3 det gick inte att uppdatera rummet om vi inte kontaktade agoda (se och lär av andra hotel som inte har några som helst problem med det) dessutom otrevlig personal i receptionen. Nr 4 vi hade bokat en bungalow på stranden vilket visade sig ligga 5 meter från en MYCKET högludd strandbar vilket vi borde blivit informerade om vid bokning. Sista natten bad vi att bli flyttade till ett rum längre från baren efter vi sett att det riggades för party som skulle hålla på till 01.00. Ingen info till oss om det heller. Vi kommer aldrig att sätta vår fot på goodtime igen eller rekommendera det till någon!
