Cute, cheap, simple, clean”
Absolutely no reasons to pay more money when staying in Sairee Beach. This place is perfect if you don't mind the noise outside. The little bungalows are great and clean. The bed is comfy enough and most importantly clean. It's right by the beach with plenty happening in the surrounding area. Nice staff, great restaurant. Loved it!

Close to everything you need - nightlife, beach, shopping and many restaurants. We were very happy with its location and we felt safe. Small room but decent enough if you’re not going to be out and about. The staff was very helpful and there is a restaurant on the property with great Mexican food too.

Worst resort I have ever stayed. ”
It all started at check in when I had to walk around to find somebody to check in. Even though I had booked online they didn’t seem to have a clue that I had booked in advance. So got checked in and was lead down a grubby hallway to my room. Got into the room and there were dirty towels on the ground, set there to wipe your feet off I guess. Funny they use hand towels as doormats but they did not provide hand or face towels in the bathroom. The bathroom itself has nothing to block the shower water to get around the rest of the bathroom and doesn’t even have a floor drain for the water that gets outside the shower. The bed was by far the hardest bed I have ever slept on. I know the beds in Thailand are never the softest but the tile floor would have been more comfortable. The pillows were very hard as well. There is only a single push button handle lock on the door that does not automatically lock when you leave the room and no safe to store your passport and important things. They will only clean the room every two days. The toilet could barely even flush down what I expelled into it. Honestly just a terrible stay all round. The only highlight of this place was the location as it is pretty much centrally located on sairee beach and the waiters in the restaurant were awesome. But other then that this place needs some work.

Not as advertised ”
I booked the “king room with balcony” and showed up expecting, as one does, to arrive to the room I had booked. Turns out they have the wrong picture uploaded for that room. The room I got was absolutely bare bones, and the bathroom light was half in a hole in the wall! They also claim the room has AC in the listing, but it only had a fan. Checked out about two hours after I checked in, and went and found somewhere else.
