    Clean and quiet stay”

    Room very clean and quiet. Suitable for a good and peaceful stay. Location is okay if you have transportation. Otherwise, there is not much options for walking distance restaurants. However, my request for double bed wasnt being granted by the staff although I have asked for it prior arriving and at the reception. They gave me 2 single bed instead. Other than that, it was value for money stay. i have no complaints about it.

    I have been enjoy weekend day with my family with comfortable space room and happy swim. My room at first, don't have jug electric but after made a call than they send to me very quickly. Overall satisfaction is complete and will repeat again soon. Thanks Grand Dormani Hotel. See you again.

    Pros - clean and well maintained room, got room with free breakfast, friendly staff, only 15 mins to city centre, closed parking space Cons - the keycard sometimes unable to open the door, tv channel is very limited, aircond took sometimes to cool down the room, limited choices of breakfast selection

    The deluxe room is big enough for the 3 of us. Staff are super helpful & friendly. Swimming pool for children "becomes" smaller when parents entered the pool together with their children. Breakfast was just ok, a rather limited choice for my family. If you do not have your own transport, going around town could be a bit difficult.

    Room was clean, staff was friendly, facilities was ok.. but i cannot find hair dryer inside my room. And the breakfast (nasi lemak) is not so good, please improve the sambal.. and please make the coffee served hot.. i drank a cold coffee that day
