THE ROOM IS CLEAN AND IN A STRATEGIC LOCATION”
Thank you Grand FC hotel. The room is clean and when i asked to do housekeeping on 2nd day, the room like new and smells very good. They do their job very well. Nice and keep it up. Hotels location also strategic, many facilities beside, most of famous food place is Nasi kandar lice clear, roti canai jalan transfer, sup hameed & pasar chowrasta just around the corner. The staff also friendly and helpful. Inshaallah, Will come again to this hotel.

Excellent Stay Room”
After I stay at this GRAND FC Hotel for 8 days, i feel that very comfortable and nice. And nearby got the facilities such as Laundry shop, mini supermarket shop and got some food shop to easy for me to find the meals too. And also walk to penang raod is nearby can go to Pasar Chrowasta. This is easy and comfortable for the solo travel who come for penang for have a self travel that is the great idea. Next time will purchased again this hotel.

Great and warm hospitality from staffs. Strategic located in town area. Room is comfortable to stay and equipped with essential needs. Many convenient and restaurants nearby within walking distance. There's laundry shops and reflexology centres nearby hotel too. Just drive through the hotel entrance and u can see registration room when entering the Hotel. Hotel Parking (FOC) can fit around 10-12 cars at one time.

The hotel is clean and new. The location is great, and there's ample parking spot available. However, the rooms are not very soundproof, and at night, the booming sounds from the nearby entertainment premises can be quite disturbing. The noise usually starts before 10.00 pm and lasts until about 3.00 am.

The hotel is so good. Room is big and clean. Staff are very humble and helped. Location is strategic. If u like indian food, the hotel is near from indian food. If u like chinese food, u can walking around few minutes and u will find it. Will come back again if i go to penang.

For starters, after our 5.5 hour arduous journey, we just wanted to bolt into our room. Being in a hurry to host my friend's wedding which was about to begin in an hour, this was the perfect hotel to check in to. Paperless check-in via Check In Kiosk, that's simply genius-revolutionary. I would come back just for that.

The hotel has its own "basement" car park and it is near to the morning market (4mins walk). There is maps at the lobby. The staff has great services. Clean room, but not sound proof. But it is a excellent place to stay. :)

Nice Stay, Nice location, Affordable price”
Luv the stay here. Spacious and clean room. There's some noise from nearby club, but not to loud and I can still sleep just fine. You can hear the opening and closing of neighboring room door, but not much of a problem once everyone is asleep. One complaint is that the ironing board is really in a bad condition, and the iron is a cheap quality. almost burn my clothes during ironing coz the heat is so difficult to control. I would suggest the hotel to buy the panasonic dry iron during 11.11 sale ;D
