Clean, comfortable, no frills hotel”
Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and the room was spacious. I travelled with my 11 year daughter. The shower has a good supply of hot water and excellent water pressure. Housekeeping a bit erratic as they came on the first day but not the second (we stayed 2 nights). There is an electric kettle provided but no coffee or tea and no mini fridge. Location is good - safe, near a residential area and in a row with restaurants and a mini market. Starbucks is within 5 mins walk. Easy to get a Grab to various locations.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean, wide and there's a mini fridge provided. By the way, not more than 10 mins, Starbuck outlet is there. Just opposite to the hotel.

New renovated rooms. ”
Pros: -rooms feels like few days old. -free parking. -room size is a plus and comfortable. Cons: -rooms is weirdly next building block from lobby. Have to walk a few steps. Probably the new lobby is under construction. -no elevator. Using stair. Probably also under construction. - not much in the room. No bottled water. Water dispenser outside the room tho. - dont know whether the staircase is guarded with security. - renovation noise in th morning in case you are late awaker.

The price is reasonable and the location are a bit further from the town. It is convenient if the person have it own transportation to move around. There are foodcourt downstair, starbucks nearby, Petrol station nearby and the nearest mall is Delta Mall.

Pros: 1)No musty smells from the split unit a/c. 2)Blackout curtains in the room. 3)Filtered drinking water dispenser machine on the floor. 4)Walkable distance to nearby eateries, banks, shops, supermarket. 5)Near to main road. 6)Doesn't smell of cigarettes. 7)Staff response is okay, keep your expectations low when travelling in small town. Cons: 1)No soundproofing, noise pollution from hallway, conference room and restaurant. Guest rooms are on 1st floor, above ground floor restaurant and below 2nd floor conference room. Both the conference room and restaurant host karaokes for parties. Noise end by 10 or 11pm, which is when their staff need to end their shift. Noise from staff rearranging furniture from either the conference room or restaurant during the mornings. 2)Sewer smell wafts up from the bathroom drains, the problem is due to poor drain design. A work around: plug all drain holes to block the smell. 3)Cupboard smell of mildew. 4)No in-room fridge. 5)No elevator.

no drinking water provided. noise of people singing karaoke at the restaurant and previous guest shit on toilet bowl still there when i check in to the room. sorry is not my type of stay. not even 1 night.

Kami stay bertiga. Bilik Double Queen. Bilik sangat bersih dan cantik. Ruang sangat luas. Aircond baru, tapi xberapa sejuk. Shower ada pilihan panas dan sejuk. Amenities dan tuala disediakan. Makanann Halal ada KFC yang paling hampir dengan hotel, lebih kurang 5min berjalan. Kawasan hotel agak jauh, 10 minit drive untuk ke Bandar Sibu. Walaubagaimanapun harga sangat berbaloi. Overall fully satisfied, will definitely come again.
