Fantastic new hotel in Pattaya”
This new hotel in Pattaya is state of the art, has some really nice touches like star lighting in the ceiling above the bed, not to mention the King bed is beyond a conventional king size and is quiet noticeably larger. To Western standard it is a comfortable medium firmness, certainly not soft but not rock hard like other hotels in Asia. The bathroom is quiet small but has plenty of room in the shower and bath area, its nice to see the shower separate of the bath and not requiring you to hop in and out of a bath tub for a shower. The toilet is a state of the art American Standard top of the range electronic toilet, has all the cool features of Japanese toilets and then some, such as a more western sized seat which is nice. Views from the balcony are awesome, on the south facing side you can see the entire Pattaya beach shoreline and pretty much the entire rest of the beach area. Definitely will be coming back soon as it's also an excellent location due to Terminal 21 being connected.

I had my booking for 4 day/3 nights. Very impressive on my special requests for my Dad 83’s birthday occasional (Birthday cake, fruit basket, and warm welcome), Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for the good services, cleanliness hotel, all the facility completely perfect (especially swimming pool outdoor, very nice and beautiful), Breakfast buffet are Great, many selections. I can’t mention all the staffs name here but everyones are friendly, helpful and professional hotel services, including bellman services, hotel concierge, check in-out, housekeeping, pool staffs, staffs in the West & Wilds restaurant (Buffet breakfast). And Yes, of course i will be back surely !!!!!!!!!!!!!

+ Pro 1. The hotel was built a few years ago. Everything is still brand new. 2. Location is gorgeous. It is a part of Terminal 21 Department store. It is easy to buy food and shop. 3. I really like to scent once I step into the lobby. It is so relaxing. 4. Staff are fantastic. Check-in is super quick. The staff at the check in counter are very polite and helpful. 5. Room is spacious enough to relax. A view from the balcony is superb. The room is spotless. You can enjoy in-room free minibar and complimentary ice near the elevators. 6. Stars on the ceiling is a plus. Love it! 7. Water pressure in the bathroom is excellent. 8. Breakfast is so good. There is a wide variety of international food and dessert. Staff are friendly, polite and hardworking. 9. F floor is a paradise. I love water slides and activities they provide. 10. Bed and pillows are so comfy. I sleep so well. - Con 1. If possible, an iron and iron board should be provided. 2. More security guards are needed at the water park

The hotel was fabulous for kids and adults alike!”
My 8 and 5 year old kids loved the water park. The staff were friendly and attentive ensuring that all was in good order and kids were safe. The kids club was decent. The hotel is located above a shopping mall with plenty to shop and many restaurants to choose from. Rooms were on the small side but I guess I needed to pay more for a bigger room. Loved how it was squeak clean! View was good and balconies were safe for younger kids. Breakfast was diverse and taste was fair. Overall, a good stay! Definitely recommended!

Huge, modern, clean hotel”
Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and well equipped with USB slots for phone charging and plug sockets which accept all plug types including UK/HK type. WiFi throughout the hotel was fast, consistent and free. Pool was nice, breakfast great, gym good, lots of pool tables, air hockey, table football etc to keep older kids happy. Icing on the cake was the fantastic Terminal 21 mall below the hotel which has great shopping and endless (and good value) restaurant choice. For a 3 night stay you genuinely don’t need to leave the hotel/mall complex (we didn’t!).

The staff are warm and very welcoming. The rooms all have balconies and great views , large refrigerator, comfortable bed, beautiful decor and best of all is the automated bidet toilet ! Breakfast is good except the bacon is too hard and the ice coffee tasted funny. It is connected to Terminal 21 mall which is a huge plus! Loved my stay! Oh, the splash park pool is great for kids and adult kids like me ! Nice lounging areas as well. Kids club if you have young ones.

the best hotel i ever stay”
conclusion this is the best hotel i ever stay my son had vomiting in middle of the night(nearly 1AM), we had no choice but call for room service , they show up within 10 mins! the guy clean our sheets with smiling in the end the location is perfect , i can go any restaurants in terminal 21 in 10mins! also the water park it's really cool for kids, my son spent at least 2 hours everyday in the warter after brakfast , it is only 0.3 meter deep , our family stay perfet 5 days in the hotel , thanks Grande Centre Point Pattaya

Pros: Great location, great services, very clean, delicious food. My second time staying here. Love the view from the roof top restaurant. Delicious breakfast buffet. My deluxe sea view room with a balcony was so amazingly comfortable and relaxing, Within walking distance to the beach, 24 hr grocery store (food land) in the adjoining mall terminal 21. Entertainment, within walking distance Con: they do not sell any alcohol.

Perfect view, excellent room facilities, friendly staff and very helpful, But the house keeping may be accidentally lost when cleaning up the room however the duty manager once again sent me a doll to my girl friend. Perfect location, fit for shopping and access to everywhere within Pattaya. Greetings from friendly and helpful staffs once meet us every time. Big, clean and tidy room with comfortable bed. Can add more equipment in gym. Full of fun with the hotel facilities, but the location of table tennis is windy and not ideal to play. More direction can be provided for getting towel for swimming pool. Great for value and definitely will stay here again.

Very nice Suites with excellent views of the entire waterfront as well as the mountains. Fantastic staff, very helpful and one step ahead of our every need. Great breakfast buffet and the roof top restaurant/bar had fabulous food and views and drinks! One of the nicest hotels in Pattaya and we've tried quite a few of them. Super impressed. We'll be back! For the money it's tough to beat!

Fantastic hotel”
My wife and I stayed at the Centre Point Hotel in Pattaya for 12 nights and loved every minute. The breakfast is amazing, a choice to suit everyone. The restaurants are great, Seafood buffet on Saturday night is sensational. Facilities are second to none. Staff are all lovely, Hotel is so clean, what more can I say other than we are booked to return already.

Hotel is right on top of Terminal21 mall filled with shops and restaurants. Cannot be more convenient than this. Hotel is new. Room is basic and clean. Breakfast is good and has lots of options. Pool is great for kids: slides and water fountains. The downside is no shades in the pool and not close to the beach, but it doesn't bother much.

A part of Land and House Group located as part of Terminal 21 Shopping and Eatery Mall on North Pattaya Road. Perfect settings, great facilities, great staff, great breakfast and restaurants. Beautiful swimming pool and theme park alike area. I had a wonderful time to work on-line and a great staycation here. Will definitely come back to rejuvenate myself...thanks to the owner, management and all staff...a perfect ten from me.

The best hotel in Pattaya”
Before I worried this hotel quite far away from the main area, in fact, this is nice place with T21 mall, all of hotel staff is nice, especially, call Tong in concierge, he always take care of us, room is nice, but ....we booked sea view room and lady checked in our room is not seaview but said is upgraded, finally, we change to real seaview room. Except this, everything is perfect!! I love the breakfast and the swimming pool, I must come back again!!

I’m impressed with almost everything in this hotel. The room is new and nicely furnished. At night , the room ceiling tured into open sky with sparkling stars. The pool area was very nice. There are many recreation activities supervised by professional staff. There was foam party from thursday to saturday at the park. The kid club has a very unique design. Basically, we dont need to travel outside for few days trip as the hotel also connected with Terminal 21 shopping mall.
